LadyStorm put us all in Timeout in the last thread she said and would re-open it in a little while.

I guess we were getting too rambunctious? It might have been the talk from the rear portion of the Great Worm that went a little too far, I don't know.

If we're getting mod-smacked, wouldn't it help to know what it's for?

Maybe she's just setting up a new thread due to the post count; I wouldn't be surprised if the forum software didn't like insanely-large threads. Kind of like how you shouldn't try to email 50 MB attachments...

It likely won't be for long. Quit trying to get around the letter of the locked post, and just let it lie for a bit. Go and walk your goat or something. Take deep cleansing breaths. Think about clear blue oceans. Clear blue oceans.

Maybe she saw some of the arguments going on prior to when it cooled off and decided from that, or maybe it was getting to be too big of a thread too fast. You never know in the minds of Mods.

What's all this talk of goats? I tried to have it explained to me earlier and I'm now comfortable that everyone on Reaper's forums lives in the rural philippines or something.

Or they're goat fetishists. In which case, I don't want to know...

Having recently started a pathfinder campaign I needed some miniatures suitable to use as Bandits or town guardsmen.  After looking for a bit, I settled on the Bones Black Maggotcrown Men At Arms.  Unfortunately, when they arrived, having ordered them from eBay, the spearman's weapon was mis-moulded, so I had to replace it with the spear from an old GW high elf.

C&C's are more than welcome, hope people like my take!

      Another one bites the dust….😆

One of my favorite sculpt…but in the old Bones plastic. I put a little extra into the base, otherwise it was a pretty straight forward zen of Bones quick paint job. Overall I like the scheme and it has given me ideas for when I paint my metal version. Not sure about the green face and the blue glow under the rib cage is too subtle.

And as an aside …..the quality of Testors Dullcoat is not nearly as good as it was a decade ago. The newer formulation continues to give me a semi gloss finish.  Oh well.

Hello everyone, I'm currently working on an Ogre gang and completed the painting on this model last night. This is a 77455, Ogre Smasher sculpted by Bobby Jackson. I swapped the top of its club with that of the 77454, Ogre Clubber. I also added three more skulls at his waist belt. it was all painted with Reaper MSP paint. I will complete the base later since I may add more elements to it.
