omg. I was finally able to catch up... and now I have to go to bed 'cause it's almost 2 AM!

Kind of glad I missed whatever the "drama" was that led to a thread lock.

Purple Shadow Things - cool!

Sophie in core - awesome!

Me having to lower my pledge to $100 - bummer. But, surely, I'll be able to pick things up in the pledge manager as soon as I land another contract!

Thanks so much for the digests, OneBoot.

Can I suggest a battle cry? It's from a long-ago game (I'm blanking on the system, but it was very much *not* D&D -- possibly Runequest?). We had a PC who was a devotee of a particularly violent war god who fell in love with an NPC who was a devotee of one of those gentle spring goddesses.

After a certain amount of struggle to find some way to acceptably meld these viewpoints, he came up with the battle cry:

"Kill! Kill! Blood makes the flowers grow!"

She was charmed.

SAAAAWEET!!! Plastic Sophies, metal Sophies, possible squishy worm monsters, love the news!

SOPHIE!!!!! ^_^

Thankees OneBoot! /hug!

Plus, as usual, I missed all the drama except Bryanzilla standing there in epic pose breathing fire with a huge flaming banhammer held aloft. (Someone draw that, eh?)

I am not complaining, I love everything that has been in this so far, but it would be nice if Reaper could somehow put the stretch goals into the pledge manager. I want to pledge for them before they are unlocked, but have no idea what my shipping will be to add to the pledge, and, being lazy, don't want to up my pledge twice, once for the goal, and then again for shipping.

Small gripe really, and only because I am excited and want to throw money at them NOW....

You can pledge just the item price and left the shipping for latter when we unlock it, or find an already unlocked miniature that has fairly the same volume and find out what the shipping cost will be. I like to do the first one, so I can raise my pledge twice for each miniature. I like to feel I am doing my part.

I'd love to see almost any Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth figure. I have many fond memories as both player and DM, it was one of my favorite dungeon crawls back in olden times.

A quick pass shows likely candidates as a giant eagle, a wyvern, a hippogriff, lurker above, xorn, marid, bodak, behir, umber hulk, or a dracolisk.

There are also hobgoblins, gnomes, ogres, stone giants, trolls, elves, humans, stirges, a clay golem, pech, green slime, formorian giants, cockatrices, dao, lacedon-ghasts, troglodytes, giant lizard, bar-lgura, minotaurs, centaurs, chasme, trapper, shambling mound, rhinoceros beetle, plus many more. It's a big module.

The sleeping Drelnza by Jeff Easley, with her heavy armour and greatsword, is one of my all time favorite illustrations, and an amazing encounter as well.

Looking for a good image, I discovered someone bought the original drawing in 2008 for $2500.

Izzy "Talin" Collier about 4 hours ago

@Cerity: Surprisingly, I had nothing to do with those. Or the call box (Okay. That's a lie: I just remembered that one was all my fault). Or the *spoilers*...

Why do I feel a "Child of the Police Box" mini coming? Maybe a certain Mrs. Doctor...

@Suden that's probably "the" most iconic picture for me from AD&D. I was in the 7th grade when a friend introduced me to 2e. He loaned me his PHB, and I immediately read the whole thing. That is the illustration that sticks in my mind the most from the whole book.

From 2e? Yep, that's the one. It's pretty iconic (and I'd love to have a mini of it).

From 1e? Hmm...I think the cover of the DMG is the one that stands out for me. A giant Efreet man-handling a party of adventurers...classic.

I hope everyone is out extolling the virtues of the Bones II Kickstarter to their friends and all the communities they participate in.

Here's my blog post and push to FB/G+ communities I participate in.

I did a compiled picture of the Translucents on there. Feel free to share that as well.

Get the word out and we'll get more stretch goals. Time for the final push.
