Whew! Finally! I can get back to painting now.

 

It's so true! Between reading this thread, filtering through KS comments and putting together digest posts, I've lost some serious painting time!

 

Time to make up for that now! I've got less than a year before Bones II arrives, I'd better get going! Especially since I'm going to have 2 big dragons, a not-Terrasque, and a whole set of ruins to paint when they get here!!!!

yea.... I just had a Wth have I done moment as I've got a half painted dragon an untouched kala and three figure cases of unpainted minis and now I've got a lot more large mini's coming.

The one negative in all of this $3 mil stuff is that there will not be frilly dress photos now.

 

WRONG! We get one frilly dress because I believe the amount stated was 4-6milly and not 3. Most of us knew it would hit 3 or be VERY close to it.

lol!!!! Not unless someone is offering one for free, as well as a place for us to live where I could actually a) use it, and b) have room for it! :)

@Arbiter - It was my pleasure! I like to be helpful, and ensuring that everyone had (sort of) easy access to information straight from Reaper, as opposed to second-hand information or speculation, was something I figured would be useful. Especially since I was already trawling through the comments looking for Reaper information already! :)

Does anyone happen to know what kind of dragon that is in the "Dragon's don't share" add on? I can't tell if it's a certain type or not.

 

I know what kind of dragon it is...

It was painted green in the video teaser, but could probably pass as any type.

 

 

I don't know if painted is the right word for it. :) But it was green in the sneak peek videos.

 

Looked too light in color to be greenstuff, but I could be wrong.

@Oneboot - those digests were fantastic. The last time I went over to the KS comments during Bones I, I almost threw a fit at all the horrible people on there at the time. I had to leave my computer for a while to stop myself. Thanks for all your wonderful hard work!

I'm actually going to paint the dragon in the ruins after a very special dragon of mine =D Sirithiliel, the dragon in one of my short stories [hence my username too heehee]. She's purple and gold

I am a bit confused though, where are the pirates? Between 2.85 and 3 mil, there is a sign that says Thar be Pirates. I assumed there would be some sort of pirate themed reveal at that point.

The next map section was a beach with a big pirate ship, but we didn't make it that far. They accidentally showed it to us earlier, and then cut it back down to what you see now.

 

 

Ok, that makes sense. Now that you mention it, I vaguely recall that. A Bones pirate ship would have been cool.

What I missed

• More big finishers
• More free minis

I have time until december, so maybe the first expansion will fall also... I have to consider my options. I´m divided yet about the bases, they are cheap but I don´t know if I´ll care to put bases on them
