The PF Red also has the advantage of having a base that's exactly two inches across at the widest point, so you can use him as a young (Large) dragon that fits nicely in a 2x2 square, or as an adult (Huge) dragon on a slightly larger 3-inch round base, which would still be quite reasonable for his size (and a good deal smaller than his wingspan).

So I got my Anhurians and non-tarrasque. Still need to get a not-tiamat/takhisis next time. And she definitely needs to be the biggest thing we've seen yet!

Why won't my like button let me keep adding likes to this! I also wouldn't mind a similarly sized Platinum Dragon, possibly with the two posed as if they are fighting each other.

That's just what I was thinking OneBoot. Thank you thank you! I'll get the Pathfinder dragon and Ebonwrath for fun table time. I may still add a 4th dragon to my KS order but I may ask the kids to choose. It'll probably just be display but nothing wrong with that other than space.

Incidentally, am I crazy or is that a Bones 'shipwreck angel' in the background of this video? I'm sure I'm wrong about it but i dunno... =_=

Oh I almost missed your post Slindertroll. That's just the kind of info I was hoping for! I'll get one for certain! May have to get an extra one for my nephew who just started Pathfinder with us and wanted to try to paint something cooler than a skeleton. lol

If you don't have to use mountain climbing gear or pack food and water rations to survive the climb over your miniature collection to get to your work table, you don't have enough, yet.

I currently have a team of engineers looking at the possibility of excavating a tunnel through my pile of unpainted minis in order to get to the stuff I have on the otherside, as due to the extremely high elevation involved, an overland route just isn't feasible.

The biggest concern right now is a tunnel collapse in weaker areas of the mini pile due to the variations of materials used in the miniatures over the years. Some areas may have become unstable.

It's feared that such a collapse could lead to avalanches or even a mountain slide down one of the piles facings, which could bury my painted mini's collection with the possibility of damage extending as far as my videogame and blueray collection, a risk I'm unwilling on taking at this stage.

Ok I saw somewhere that there would not be a trade thread for this Bones KS I can't find how Ladystorm said to let people know how to trade can anyone enlighten me?

She said to place a little blurb in your sig.

Example: I am trading minis at (site name) under (your alias)

I'm back! Did I miss anything in the past 24 hours?

DDS2 is awesome. The only question is, do I want one, or two? Love the new chr figs. The snake demon, cloak beast and peryton are cool, too.

I'm pretty sure I want two (or, at least enough double parts to make that the answer. )

I may have to buy the CE parts I want in retail to make room ::(:

Oops: I meant to say CE3 here. There's no way I'm not getting CE2 as a part of my fulfillment!

yep...

Regarding trades. Not here. Don't discuss where either. A simple line added to your sig file is all we allow. For example "I am interested in trading over on (location) under (user name)."

Ok awesome can I just put to PM me on here?

we prefer you don't.

A team of elephants to ride over the peak of unpainted minis might work. That's my plan.

I got lucky that just enough of my Saturday freed up for my youngest girl and I to have some daddy daughter time and we thought it would befun to hang out with the Reaper peeps for just a bit. It was great times! Good food, table of KS wonders, paint and take. The artists "row" was an impressive line up! It was so nice to shake hands with them, and thank them for sharing their talent with us. I got there and went all face palm. "Dang! I should have brought my Vampire pledge reward box to have the artists autograph!" Oh well. Next time. Matt talked KS2 stretch goals, gave me and the kid A tour of the metal foundry, mold shop, and their new plastic injection machine. Matt also talked about the process of a original sculpt to BONES mini. That was enlightening. :-) We spent quite a while looking over all the studio paint jobs in the figure gallery. My kid found Sophie captivating, and pointed out all the figures that needed shirts. We were on the floor when the KS hit 3 million. Good stuff! We had to go before Pi stretch goal was announced, so we missed Bryan and Ladystorm puting on the show. :-( It was well worth the trip to congratulate Reaper and the team in person. I just wish ALL the forum peeps could be there too.
