Potentially incredibly dumb question, but I was a bit confused even after reading the FAQ (I missed out on the first kickstarter). How does the option bit work? I pledge 100 then add 10 extra. Do I choose which specific option I want later?

Yeah, you pledge for what you want. When it's over, Reaper will send you a survey asking how you want your funds applied to your pledge rewards.

Yes. Pledge the correct amount of money to pay for what you want, and they will send out a survey at the end.

Exactly. When you fill out the pledge manager, you pick your options.

Yay, I love the Sylvan creatures! <3 They're my favorites so far. I'm still holding out for some hags or nagas!

 

Also, is the guy on the top right a new sculpt or an existing one? I love his "come hither" pose. It tickles me.

 

I assume you are still talking about the Sylvan group when asking about the figure in the top right. And by "guy" and "his", I assume you mean "girl" and "her". In which case, the answer is "existing sculpt" and she is "a sylph that is part of the Warlord range" (sku 14552).

USPS does not offer discount pricing to anybody. To get cheaper rates you must qualify for different mail services - bulk is technically a rate but that cannot apply to parcels, only letters, for example.

Dang. Well, no discounts then, but I guess on the bright side it makes it easier to estimate shipping.

Towards the end of the KS1 campaign there were a few guys that built pledge calculators. You pick what you want and it would total up what your pledge amount should be. It would be nice if Kit would put an official pledge calculator together some time later in this campaign.

If it's like last time, after the campaign finishes Reaper will send a link to properly select what options you want, how many of them, and add some more if desired.

 

Would be silly to lock in a pledge amount without knowing what other optional goodies will appear in the next weeks and not be able to modifiy it.

 

Pledging more during the campaign instead of after it simply allows for quicker unlocks.

I've been checking around and haven't found where the kickstarter #2 is going to be cast. Is the work going to be done in China again?

Towards the end of the KS1 campaign there were a few guys that built pledge calculators. You pick what you want and it would total up what your pledge amount should be. It would be nice if Kit would put an official pledge calculator together some time later in this campaign.

 

Bryan confirmed in the KS comments that Kit will be making one available sometime later this week.
