Aw yeah, new goal reached!

 

Now new Pathfinder villainry appears.

 

Minor geek nag, Hellknights aren't necessarily evil. Most of them are Lawful Neutral, even the occasionnal good one. Though don't piss them off. Not evil =/= friendly.

 

Nobody said they were evil, just villains. You don't have to be evil to be a villain.

You know what was awesome about last kick starter? The silhouettes of the big minis we saw before each stretch goal was reached.

 

I like the purple / orange / gold packs, they're working out damn well, but the blank space on the current gold set makes it look lesser somehow... silhouettes, not revealed until the goal was next in line, or even until after the goal was reached... that design choice felt awesome.

but these (the new villains) are the figures I'd pick out if someone told me to go through the entire Reaper selection and pick out the most flavorless sculpts.

What's a good place to read up on fluff for all these Pathfinder guys? Rulebooks?

This. Absolutely. You had an idea of something amazing around the corner, with no idea whether it would be free or what it would cost but you just HAD TO KNOW..

 

I would prefer if they did that if only to keep clear what was revealed and what was earned etc. So maybe a grey background with a whosthatpokemon until we see what it is, then we get the real colour but desaturated, with the image showing up correctly... then when it's earned we get the bright colour and it moves to the front page.

I agree on the armoured guys being forgettable, but I think the Whispering Tyrant and Horned Hunter are actually pretty boss.

I'm thrilled about this unlock based just on those two. The others are just a bonus.

Really I love the Pathfinder Villains. Super sweet. The horned hunter is amazing. The only one I am meh on is the guy top right and even though I am lukewarm on him his shield is sweet.

Eek, I don't want to read 84 pages of thread to find the last person who said this, but it bears repeating: Please put Sir Forscale in any and all photos of minis that aren't human-size! I'm really torn over whether I want the Demon Lords and the Greater Demons, and knowing their actual size would help. I see that Narthrax has Forscale in his update post, way back on the last page, but he needs to be on the main page, too.

 

Also... how sure are you that all this will actually come out properly in Bonesium? A few of the figs, seem... improbable... in their level of detail. Based on the last Kickstarter's results, that Mouseling in the deeply cowled hood (bottom, next to the wizard) seems especially likely to cast badly.

I think they are working on it actually. They did add him to the Kraken image.

Does all money have to be pledged before the end of the campaign, or will we be able to adjust our pledge amount afterwards, like last time?

Kicktraq has this trending to 10 million :P

 

 

burkartstudios, I would assume you could add later, that willbe needed to handle postage for ROW customers anyway.

If you look deeper you'll see that on day one it had the KS trending towards 24m. Based on the curve of the trending points It looks like 5.5m is a conservative bet for what we're actually trending towards.
