pcktlnt
Love the bases. Definitely love the one where the mini is standing on the tree stump. Also, a little juvenile, my first thought with the lady at the end was her um... chopping off the privates of a larger creature. The positions o the stones, her stance, her war face... talk about intimidating the other creatures of that group. XD
Dadcubed
What? You sculpted and cast those bases yourself at home? How? Great work BTW D3! Dadcubed
I am painting and continuing with these models. Progress is slow as I have gained a ridiculous passion for GMing so am currently writing tons of material and running one shot, rule light RPG's and a Pathfinder campaign. But I'll have a completed bones mini making an appearance here shortly!!
Dadcubed
Well I've painted very little. The club continues to take off and I'm playing tonnes of stuff. Got a bit of a passion for x-wing. I'm running a StarWars themed games day and x-wing tournament on May the Fourth. Anyway on to some hobby! Here is an x-wing board, 3x3 , that I painted. A prototype as I will need 8 boards! Here is the Slave I ship. It's a Firespray, I've re painted mine in Krassis colours And here's a painted bones pathfinder Valeros on one of my home cast bases! And a WIP Owlbear! (On its side, process of uploading photo changed orientation!)

Edsterdoom
Glad to see you back on the forum. It's been a while. Looks like the club is a big hit. I keep meaning to test the water near me as well. The closest club is 34 miles away so it's quite a chore to get there. Nice models as well who makes the 15mm models?

Dadcubed
Things are so hectic but I am still slowly ploughing through my bones miniatures. I'm very conscious of a large Reaper Bones box coming reasonably soon!! I've painted 3 fish people, an ettin, some characters do a reasonable standard and almost finished the owl bear. I'll get picks up very soon as now have a new camera that takes a descent photo!! Hope everyone's super :)
Dadcubed
Massive Update! So next round of role-playing on Thursdays at my club I'm running Pathfinder: Shadowed Keep on the borderlands by Creighton Broadhurst. Party is going to be Paladin, Warrior, Rogue, Cleric I believe. Interestingly no Mage unless I pickup a fifth which is looking likely. The adventure will be featuring Reaper Bones very heavily. Checkout Raging Swan Press here: http://www.ragingswan.com/index.html I'm painting lots of bandit / ranger types at the moment and a gnoll. All Bones on my resin bases: Been working hard on my next set of resin base greens. Ready for mold making then casting ready for the arrival of BonesII: 100mm & 75mm bases for huge and gargantuan monsters! 20mm, 25mm, 50mm and Cavalry bases A resin Fenris Games hornet Next to Pathfinder iconic Paladin, my players are going to love this encounter. Nasty sting on that!
Dadcubed
So I made a mould. Managed to cast a loads of bases. Today I made two more moulds which I can't de mould till tomorrow evening. I have 1kg of resin then I will be casting like crazy. I'm now planning on basing ALL remaining bones from Bones I. I'm going to paint the remainer in batches of 10. Roughly in this order: Pirates CR1 - 7 creatures (Pathfinder thing) Drow / Dark Elves / Elves Dwarves / Duergar Then in batches of 5. Villains and heroes Finally the big stuff, dragons, demons, elemental a etc etc Question is can I do it before Bones II arrives!! Almost finished painting the "bandits", 2 giant snakes, giant spiders and gnoll. Should finish by end August.

Edsterdoom
Great looking bases. How many do you get out of 1kg of resin and do you add filler?
