I don't see anything unusual about the bases. I see standard GW game bases and some 30mm round lipped bases.

Well the difference between the lowest and highest Mine Cart pledge level on Shadows of Brimstone works out to £94 so the £48 difference here almost seems reasonable by comparison,

How about if you call it a 77% increase compared to a 46% increase? That makes the Mine Cart the reasonable sounding one.
