Popular Post Metalchaos
Here is my interpretation of Cinder, The Red Dragon. It was sculpted by Sandra Garrity and I mounted it on a scratch built resin base. Here's the links to Cinder WIP and the Throne Base WIP.The treasure pile are from 02320, Treasure Hoard II by Bob Olley. I didn't fix them on the base, so they can be moved around or replaced.Comments and thoughts are very welcome.
Darkmeer
Great job! I really like how all the elements came together for this, this was a long project to (quietly) follow, but the end product is awesome!
Corporea
I love how red she is! All of the lovely shades of red give her a fiery glow, and contrast nicely with the blue and cool gray on the base. The treasure piles are perfect- great patterns on the ceramic pots! The only thing I'd maybe add would be more treasure piles on the base, but then that would cover up all your hard work! Fantastic job! Will she go in dragon diorama?
Metalchaos
Thanks for the comments. ...Will she go in dragon diorama? Cinder just ate a royal feast, but as there must be at least two character involved on the diorama, I think it doesn't qualifies to enter this category. I will enter the single Dragon category.
spencerjohn
After having painted some of Reapers treasure piles I can tell you they can be a challenge, tiny details. Good job on everything!

CorallineAlgae
This is about as good as a dragon gets. Show stopping! That had to take some serious work and a dragon's horde of hours. Anyone would be proud to display that "mini". Just wondering... About how many PCs does that thing need to eat before she's full? lol
MamaGeek
Awesome! Great orange/reds. He should have a bigger hoard, but I'll let that slide... :-)

Moderator Darsc Zacal Posted December 15, 2013 Moderator Share Posted December 15, 2013 Wow! This is really very nice! I especially like your work on the dragons head and the use of that subdued green. Great work on that base too!

torrenofamber
Looks great!!! I've been watching your progress thread and so glad you posted finish picts as it's wonderful. Could I be so bold as to ask for a scale pict with some regular sized pc mini's? I'm trying to decide if I want to pick him up in the KS2 and it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and great work.
