Nope, no hat. That is an optional steampunk accessory. She also comes with a gun option in place of the fan. I decided to go with the Victorian historical theme, including the formal garden for the base.

You did an awesome job on her, Joy. I love the blue, it turned out the perfect shade. The freehand is great too; for some reason I keep thinking Van Gough's Stary Night when I look at it from behind. Thanks for bringing her to life.
