14589, Yeti Chieftain

Here's my 14589 Yeti Chieftain from the Icingstead faction.

It was sculpted by Jason Wiebe. I used the Army Painter Snow on the base.

Beautiful! I love that shade of blue- nice and intense! It really gives it a cold, frozen feeling, and contrasts perfectly with the mouth. Those eyes are fantastic!

With pleasure, I used Reaper MSP form the KS1.

 

09016 Sapphire Blue base coat.

 

Mix of 09016 Sapphire Blue and 09016 LED Blue on the fur.

Mix of 09016 LED Blue and 09039 Pure White on the fur.

09039 Pure White highlight to complete the fir.

 

09280 Nightmare Black wash around the eyes.

Mix of 09016 Sapphire Blue and 09086 Stone Grey "downlight" on the face and hands.
