Moderator TaleSpinner Posted January 10, 2014 Moderator Share Posted January 10, 2014 I'll be driving down the I-35 corridor from Minneapolis, MN to Denton Tuesday and Wednesday, with the intention of being on site in time for the picnic. I have a couple of extra seats and room in the Rav4 if anyone wants to hook a ride with us. Current plans are to stay Tuesday night somewhere along the route and return Sunday night, staying in KC Sunday and being back in Mpls by Monday. Bugeye, Jester, Belle and Kurztoff (sp)? Strangely enough, the only locals I've met are Cutebutpsycho (and she moved) and Jim Ludwig of Darksword. You are driving down I-35 through Oklahoma City and Google said it would add 35 minutes to get to Fort Smith, Arkansas?!? I hate to break it to you, but that would be closer to a 3 and a half hour drive from OKC to Fort Smith. I live in Tulsa and one of my oldest friends lives in Fort Smith. From my house in the southwest corner of Tulsa, it takes a little over 2 hours to get to Fort Smith. And it takes almost 1 and half hours to get to OKC from my house.
