Jeremy sold the company a few years ago, I think to someone based in the US. It's still around, but it doesn't look like they've added anything to the line since he sold it.

 

Its easy to see that most of these new sculpts were heavily inspired by Jeremy's UltraForge sculpts.

To CoolMiniOrNot I believe. Also Sophia did some sculpting on the Ultraforge range iirc. Is she still around?

could there be an option for a 'plug' to put in place if you don't want a rider at all?

  

 

Love these.. question is can I afford any of them.. I too would prefer dragons with no saddle/rider but I can make due..

 

If I recall correctly, and bear in mind it's been a few years since I assembled mine, the platform for the UltraForge Dragon was a seperate piece, which simply rested on the dragon. There was no plug or anything built into the dragon so the platform would rest on top and would needed to be glued on.

 

I'm a bit surprised that the same isn't being done with these.

I was wondering since there are going to be door buster deals if you could give me an idea of how much say 3 or four would be with one of the packaged deals so I have an Idea how much to put in my account.  I also don't want to miss any early deals trying to read and make sense of how to pledge.  I really hope I can get some of these sculpts!

Yeah, Models look very cool, but price point is a big deal for me. I'm sure this will do well though cause they are cool models and not made of Citidel CrapCast.

 

Hey OP, since these are being rendered, might I suggest that the howdah / saddles on the dragons be separate from the dragon itself.  I can see these beasties are being mostly aimed at the big fantasy game players, but there will probably be a decent number of folks who will pass on the dragons because saddle straps are molded onto them. You know those "Dragonsare majestic creatures and would never "blah-blah-blah"

 

EDIT: Never mind, I now see it looks like the renders were done with the saddle pieces integral from the start.
