I'm not sure I can handle any more Mantic kickstarters, this "not having any bloody clue what's missing or who these bits of plastic are" thing is kind of stressful!

^^^This^^^

As much as I like Ronnie and the Mantic gang, and what they're doing for the miniatures hobby, I honestly don't think I want to go through another kickstarter of theirs unless they go for smaller and more focused ones.

'Smaller and more focused' is hardly possible if you get so much backers with a pledge amount of several hundred thousands dollar.

If you have the rampage pledge use this picture to check your stuff + all strech goals which are not in this picture with rampage symbol on the main page and updates #57 and higher:

I do not understand what it is so difficult! With windows paint application you can easily mark everything you got already.

There are only 4 pages of updates, you need to check and save the pictures on you pc.

And counting minis should not be sooo hard.

If something is not in your last 2 waves, it is missing or coming in wave 3.

Mars Attacks for example had a very good fan made pledge calculator which also helps to see what you will get!

I think also DBX had a good pledge calc, should not be hard to find it.

Sounds like your experience has been better than mine. Mantic keeps coming up with creative new ways to screw up my order, many of which aren't easily handled by that method. It's also a worse situation than Bones because I'm often missing part of a team, whereas with Bones if something's gone missing, it's not tied to anything else in particular. Edited by terminalmancer

With Mars Attacks I had many missing items. And I'm still waiting for some stuff.

The mission control page will hopefully get a little bit more helpful.

The list in the package from mantic, is really not helpful.

Just got mine today. Everything looks to be in order. I'm currently checking everything though.

Edit:

Just got done checking. Looks like i'm missing one of the Sphyr guys, but he was replaced with an extra Galdo.

Bases are all there unless I miss counted. The loose bases were an evil trick, lol

I ordered extra decals and those were loose as well.

Everything looks pretty nice, not that much cleaning of mold lines to do before slapping paint on them.

I'm regretting not getting the fans or extra cheerleaders though.

Oh almost forgot. I ordered some Deadzone zombies as well. A torso popped off the sprue and was loose in the box, so keep an eye out for that if you ordered any.

If I give them a little bit of tough love in public, I should be willing to give them credit when they do a good job. As opposed to my Dreadball (1) missing bits request, which took forever to get sorted out, I've already heard back from Mantic and they are shipping me replacement bits as of yesterday, which is nice. Although I've made them aware of the extra MVPs, they haven't asked for them back.

Oh dear. Mantic, I don't know what to say.

Part of my entry in the "missing parts" form read:

Were you missing any whole products? If so, tell us in this box.: I did not receive either my Dreadball Xtreme Rampage Bundle OR my Dreadball Xtreme Frenzy Bundle. They were even listed on the customs declaration, they just weren't in the box.

Anything else wrong with your order? : You gave me two copies of the MVP bundle. I was only supposed to get one.

I received my missing parts shipment today. Hooray! It included:

1x Frenzy Team Bag

1x MVP Bag

Oops.

Weirdly enough, the customs declaration is incorrect--it seems the frenzy team bag contains all of the team bits you are supposed to receive and I was never supposed to get a rampage bag.

I've received most of my stuff. I received my small addons and my base pledge, but did not recieve the second Frenzy pledge items from the final shipping wave. (I doubled up. I'm learning not to do that anymore with the amount of stuff I'm kickstarting.)
