Thanks for the in-depth answer, Bryan. Not having been to Reapercon before, I had no idea things worked out that way.

I'm really surprised half the folks attending don't hit any classes at all. It's a fantastic opportunity and $20 is a mighty decent price for two hours of instructor time.

Plus some of us that have been attending for a long time (I haven't missed one) its not really about the classes anymore. If I need instruction I can ask someone in the artist's alley or even wait till I'm home and twist Michael's arm at one of the CMPA meetings.

Hi all,

I was lucky enough to go to Cold Wars this past weekend (a miniature gaming convention in Lancaster PA) and I found all the other buildings we needed to make a really awesome map.

We have already started play testing the scenario and rule system.  So far so good.  We have trimmed the scope of the game to better suite the time frame for the convention.  Brad has done an excellent job developing characters for the scenario and we will start posting the pictures and bios shortly.  Now, all that is left is to paint the buildings/miniatures (a little more than half are done), create and cast the town road tiles.  We are also making some resin accessories for the table which should be done in plenty of time.

we are SO excited to share this game with everyone.  I've been fortunate to play in many games at ReaperCon and other conventions.  It feels good to pay it forward.

There are 2 female characters to chose from.  One is the local saloon owner who has had to always fight for respect as a local business owner and the rancher's daughter, a girl with more "horse sense" than most of the cow hands her father has hired.

There will be at least 8 characters to chose from.  From the Canadian lumberjack to the country preacher, the outlaw to the retired confederate soldier.  All have unique back stories and goals to, hopefully, make this a "RPGish" miniatures game.

Count me in. I already signed up for this game and I'm looking forward to it. I'm not even going to mess with any classes seeing how they are already all booked and I'm not wasting any of my valuable time standing in any lines. I'm going to game and game hard! This is my first Reapercon and I can't wait. Looking forward to meeting you guys at the show.

I just checked and the skin class is at the same time the auction is going on so I'm out of luck there.

This game sounds like it will be a blast. I love zombie games A LOT and I'm looking forward to the western theme. I have never played any western themed games and adding zombies to the mix should ensure a great time for all.

There's one seat for Friday's skin class left, 4-6.
