Still a while for me. I was hoping that Australia getting things early was going to extend to New Zealand too. But alas, we're in with the later Asia shipments!

Now to wait for wave 2. I'm still confused as to whether the April 15th date is for shipment from China to start, the shipping houses starting delivery, or something else entirely.

Got mine today and it is fantastic. Everything seems to be there and now I just need to find time to paint everything.

I thought it was just me. They seem to be more detailed than the 1E versions.

T.T fedex says its delivered but I dont have any package anywhere.

I got my package yesterday.  Very nice quality, though some of the figures are warped (particularly the executioner's axe, and one of the heroes leans too far forward to stay upright).  Hopefully it won't be too hard to fix, though.

Happy Friday!

We have several things for you today. This is a big update. First, fulfillment!

Fulfillment

US: Wave one shipping to US backers is complete! 

If you have not received your package or a shipping notice – DON'T PANIC – e-mail eats automated messages all the time, and packages can take a while to make it through the system. 

Please allow 10 business days from today for your package to arrive. If it has not arrived within the next 10 days then contact our customer service [email protected] with your full name and order confirmation number from when you finalized your pledge. 

We will not be addressing missing pledge emails until the 10 days have passed. We have already had many panicked emails from people "missing" their pledge only to get a follow-up email telling us that they had just received their package.

If you did not finalize your pledge or pay for shipping in the pledge manager, your pledge will naturally not arrive in the next 10 days. Please contact our customer service to arrange for the delivery of your pledge. Note that at this time we cannot make items available to you that you did not pledge for beyond the Always Super Pledge.

South America: Shipping is coming from the US warehouse and is in progress. It will continue through next week.

UK: Pledges are at the fulfillment warehouse and has begun shipping! 

Just like with the US pledges, labels are printed in batches and tracking will not go live until the package is packed and picked up by the carrier. This can be a couple days depending on how many labels they printed ahead of time.

EU: Still in customs! Boo! Hopefully it will make it through soon.

Africa: Africa is coming from the EU, so still in customs.

Asia: First wave will be combined with second wave and all ship out together. Estimated ship date April 15 with 4-5 days on the water. 

New Zealand: NZ is being fulfilled from Asia.
