Here is 77079: Isabeau Laroche, Female Paladin (of Tyr). The Tyr bit is entirely kay13's fault, mind if kay13 hadn't come over for some painting on Saturday the mini would still be waiting for paint, so...

She is red and white to go with the rest of my Sisterhood of the Blade force for Warlord.

The runes on her shield read "Tiwaz" (the rune for Tyr), "Elhaz" (the rune for protection) and "Ingwaz" (the rune for growing power).

Yes the eyes gave me a heap of grief on this mini... It always happens when trying to demonstrate something.

Nice start to March. Isabeau has a good crusader look to her. The white came out nicely, as did the red. Her lips look very natural in color. That water elemental is certainly interesting. It's face has that "I could eat you if I wanted" look.

I really like this. Great job on the whole mini, especially the freehand.

I really like the water wyrd.  The model has a lot of character and you have done a great job with it.

Isabeau's cloak really stands out as well-painted, too.

Here is Townsfolk:Strumpet painted up as Nancy the Tavern Wench for the Random Challenge: Songs competition. Nancy has the descriptive line "she may be old but her beauty ain't fading".

The base texture is from a Happy Seppuku stamp that kay13 was kind enough to bring over last weekend (which my youngest loved playing with!) that totally saved my bacon and made basing her much easier.

And the inspiring song:
