Minis we would like to see

I'm curious, how does this work in the end? When the final list is gathered for this iteration of minis we'd like to see, how do they decide to go about with the results? Do they look at the number of similar requests and move from there? Do they just send a list out to their sculptors and say "Have at it?" What is the decision process after here?

I've been wondering about this too.

As for minis I'd like to see...

masks.

Sprues of masks, bags of loose masks, masks of all different cultures and worldly walks of life and design. Native American masks, African masks, kabuki masks, carnival masks, bionicle masks, masks, masks, masks!

A mask turns a featureless character into a legendary image, and almost every civilization in my fantasy setting uses them for ritual and practical purposes.

Heck, every real civilization does too! Give me some teeny tiny masks, man.

And if you don't want to slice the face off a figure, you could put a mask in their hand to replace some dangling keys or a magic wand or something, too!

On the subject of masks a mini that bears a resemblance to Vega from Street Fighter and one that looks like Shredder from TMNT.

Yeah and with the masks, I am going to need tons of them so I don't have to paint eyes anymore!

 Suddenly, half of my miniatures collection would be finished.

I'll have to post a picture of my tavern folk from the reaper kickstarter and it will make sense to you.

I guess I've been reading too much Clark Ashton Smith lately. I'd really like to see some minis that would be appropriate for a Hyborean Age or Zothique setting. If they looked like characters who walked out of one of the Schwarzenegger 'Conan' movies, that's what I'm aiming at.

I know Reaper's done tons of Conan-esque barbarian figures, but I'm looking for something to populate the world other than big muscley fighters with enormous swords and babes in chainmail bikinis. I'd like to see some wizards and priestesses with crazy headgear that doesn't look like anything historical, warriors in sandals instead of furry boots, armor that doesn't look like medieval plate. Conan mixed with a little bit of Flash Gordon, perhaps.

Does that description make sense to anyone besides me?

Elemental mages that look elemental:
hair and cloak flapping in the wind (see Lurien, Ghost)
humanoid cloaked in flames
humanoid partly water (see Lesser Elementals - water)
Tobias Winterhorn, Druid

Angels:
Angel of Shadow
Angel of Mercy
Angel of Radiance
Jophiel, Male Angel

unarmed figures:
Aglanda, Herald of Razmir*
Queen of High Elves*
Jolie, Female Scribe
Siobhana, Vampire Noble
Children of the Zodiac: Libra
Kimberlee the Fair

Martial Artists:
Jade Star, Female Monk
Chan Li, Martial Arts Master
Gungor, Half-Orc Monk
Burl Oakfist, Dwarf Monk

When we get more Pathfinder, I'd really like to see characters who lend themselves toward good or bad:
Aglanda, Herald of Razmir*
Technic League Captain
Hellknight Captain
Cleric of Calistria
Winter Witch
Velmarius Elazarin

Or make that set of cultists people were asking for:
Aglanda, Herald of Razmir
Velmarius Elazarin
Dwarven Pathfinder Grunt
Alicavniss Vonnarc
Hellknight Signifier
Kirin the Heretic
Khavith, Serpentfolk Evoker
Pactmaster of Katapesh
