Minis we would like to see

I'd like a pair medieval style of lovers. The two facing each other, standing about an arms' length from each other, with their hands clasped between them. I'd like them in formal wear, no pantaloons for the guy, the lady's dress with pretty details, but not ridiculously fancy (no Labyrinth dresses). Basically, something that would make a pretty wedding or anniversary gift.

The Auld Grump

For blue beard they may as well just make a gilles de rais model <3

Ayuh, I just didn't feel like looking up the spelling. ::P:

Not a nice man, either way....

In that vein - Sawney Bean, Christie Cleek, and Countess Bathory.

The Auld Grump

Was trying to help someone find a dashing high charisma hero, maybe down to his shirt and breeches, or maybe just breeches, owing to romantic distraction, but had no luck.

I tried "male pirate" in the Reaper store as the most likely category.

While for female pirates there are pretty and plain ones, some sensibly dressed and some pure eye candy, the male pirates haven't got any swashbucklers even, let alone a bishi shirtless hero.

There a quite a few shirtless male pirates, but they're all either going all yarrgh aggression or looking gnarly and unappealing. There are two or three more or less attractive male pirate figures, but they are completely covered ears to toes.

A loosely shirted smiling rake in the tradition of Erroll Flynn or Douglas Fairbanks would be a useful addition to the line. Heck, make a version of Colin Firth from the pond scene in "Pride and Prejudice" and Jane Austen fans may well genteelly beat a path to your door.

Just an addendum. In the context of romantic rakes, this figure has come up before:

He's not really what I had in mind. An important point about Erroll Flynn, Douglas Fairbanks, and Colin Firth, is at no point do they grimace and howl "argh!" as this figure appears to be doing. This is a fine figure, but it looks kind of like Conan the Barbarian happened to slip on a loose shirt before attacking.

I would love a good tengu figure bones or not.

I second this. Pathfinder Society has Tengu as a playable race, and I know that I, and a few members of my group have a Tengu on their wishlist. (Pathfinder Tengu are the crow-faced variety, not the red-faced priests with large noses typically depicted by mythology.) One in robes and one in leather armor would be awesome =3
There's some spiffy Pathfinder Tengu illustrations if you're looking to expand the pathfinder line. A Dark Heaven Tengu would also be keen.

A sphynx would be also be awesome, but probably less widely used. You don't encounter such things that frequently, but it would be hella fun to paint! She could live on my book shelf and require frequent dusting!

Could we get some more curvy, big girls please?

We have one succubus, and that feels like it sends a bad message in itself. Most of my female characters are beefy strongwoman made for cracking skulls with huge axes or picking up and throwing enemies off cliffs, and its hard to find anything for that.

Maybe a release of one bigger babe for all the core classes? Thief, fighter, mage, etc.

The Auld Grump

Did The Auld Grump just request a The Auld Grump mini? Awesome!

I have to wear ties at work, which I hate. I don't see the point of them. They're an archaic piece of clothing that have no use.

Then I see something like those codpieces, and I realize things could be a lot worse.

So you're saying we should bring back business cod pieces?
On big girls, that dovetails with the request for better female monster representation, the strong positive variety. Maybe 2014 can be the year of the female and concepts can be made female when possible? How about a good female Bathalian, for instance (the mind flayer kind, rather than the alien exoskeleton kind).

Are those Libbys in 28 mm scale? I may have to order one or two. I agree it would be nice to see a few more such models in Reaper's line.

Yes. They might be 30mm or so, but she is petite.

All of Hasslefree's sculpts are nice, but these are particularly exquisite, a real labor of love.

Oh yes, more females would be lovely. Non-grotesque female half-orcs would also be good.

But with some nice, savage ferocity in their faces and builds, though. I've never been able to stand purely pretty half orcs or she-orcs, they have to balance beauty and brutality perfectly.

Making an orc a perfect prim princess takes away all her personality. :<

I have no idea if this exists, I can't really look right now cause I'm at work. I want a couple dancing. Maybe a few iterations of couples dancing. Lords and ladies dancing, peasent folk dancing, orc folk dancing.

See, I got an idea from a picture of a hedge at disney world. It's shaped like Cinderella and Prince-whatever-his-name-is dancing. It looks really cool! And I want minis shaped like that :grr:
