Hey! We're finally done! Here's 4 different views, and please, let me know how I can improve on this. I'm still having camera issues though. This is a combination of an Ott light, an overhead dinner table light, plus a 100W reveal bulb. They're obviously at very different temperatures, but hopefully I'll be able to rectify that soon.

At any rate, enjoy!

P.S.: I'll probably add my standard "only under ott light" pic just so followers of the WIP can see her like normal.

The WIP for this figure can be found here: http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/53668-jazzys-garden-and-bladesinger-sister/

I think I'm going to take a day or two off from painting to clear my pallette! After that, I'll continue working on Jazzy's Garden of Eden, although this will take a while as I'm trying to let her do as much of the work as possible. In the meantime, I've got several things I could work on, I'm just not sure which I'd like to do.

Here are a few ideas I have in mind:

1. Hero's Quest - The Goblin Camp

- Hero's Quest (Quest for Glory) was the very first RPG I played, way back on my Tandy 1000 (hey! It had a 3.5" floppy drive!) It got me started on my love for fantasy, and one of my fondest memories of that game was slaying the goblins in their camp on a daily basis. It was an easy way to gain exp and up your stats. One thing I completely forgot about was the little guy dressed up as a bush, until he started to chase me... I'd like to do a small diorama of this, using 02689: Kurff the Swift as my model for the Hero of Spielburg. Also, not the VGA version. The EGA version was my first game and I'm sticking to that color pallet.

2. 20015: Minotaur of the Maze

- I picked this guy up with the last shipment of minis I ordered. He also ties into Hero's Quest as there was a minotaur guarding the main fortress, although he was only armed with a spiked flail. Still, I have a thing for minotaurs, which is strange that I never played as a Tauren during my WOW days, which leads me to....

3. 03340: Cassie, Female Gnome Wizard

- I had a gnome thief character named "Aleighanna" in WOW. While Cassie isn't a their, she's a gnome, and I'm going to get around to doing a tribute to Aleighanna. She'll probably be quick as the figure is quite small.

4. 03566: Valloa, Female Elf Thief & 03026: Dub Bullock, Rogue

- I've got a great idea for these two in a diorama. Valloa the tease and Dub the betrayer, separated by a locked dungeon gate. The main problem is that I don't have Dub yet.

5. 03162: Kagunk, Ogre Boss

- I've got this guy in a box and he's HUGE! I'm not sure how I'd do him. I may do him along with the others in the Hero's Quest lineage as the Ogre in HQ was one of the first major enemies you defeat.

Anyhoo, that's a few of the things I'm thinking of. I've got a few more ideas but these are the major ones. Honestly, I probably just need to do a few more simple pieces to use for Munchkin. Phoebe was supposed to be a Munchkin piece for my wife to use, but really, she's too big with the rock and all. Comments? Suggestions? I'm opened to all! I just wanna get better!

I loke the goblin camp concept.   You could have some fun with basing those and , if the minis were removeable, use the goblins in a game scenario.

I am also partial to monsters, so the minotaur would be my second choice.   I actually have that one in my order on its way from reaper already..if it ever leaves the sorting facility in denton.. so I would love to see someone else's WIP on it so I can steal ideas be inspired.

There are two versions of Kurff. One had him hood up with a grappling hook. I figured it'd make a good thief version, maybe doing a diorama of the Little Old Lady's house with her pet "cat" in hiding... The thief on the outside peering up at the window, the cat inside, with the sherrif and lol fast asleep...
