There are a few sets that I like, the dwarven and Egyptian probably being my top choices. I think a lot of the designs would make great additions to special show bases.

Project looks cool, but I cannot make heads or tails (pun intended) of their pledge tiers. Also, looking at their updates, they seem to constantly be making changes to reward levels and shipping. This looks like a poorly planned kickstarter.

Which is kind of a pity, their actually explaining international shipping costs properly (and with a calculation that does not assume US shipping is free) alone means they deserve backing over... start with Dwarven Forge and work your way down the list, pretty much.

I'm in for a few sets.  My favorite is the "feudal japan" one, but some of the others look good too. Not a bad price to use as tokens of various sorts for games.

My wife sometimes buys chocolate coins, which seem to do the job well enough (on the odd occasions that anybody feels the need to have such a thing). After which we get to eat them.

 

They aren't great, though.

As long as I know, I have pledged three different coins project through kickstarter, all of them different, but don´t trust me on this.

Thanks for rounding up the other links.  CQ games was the coin kickstarter I was thinking of.  I rather like their doubloons.  Not that I have any idea what I'd do with a set if I had them, but I like them. 

 

I need a treasure chest or something.
