OMG, they've got ducks!

 

I still miss my old boxed set of Runequest minis with the duck.

The beasmen are cool. The witches and their Scarecrows and Pumpkin-Men are soooo cool. The other 28mm are really worth to check them. :-)

For a short moment I was weak and thinking about getting them for my Deadtech Cowboys...

But I think I have enough Deadtech Mini's in the moment.

 

But sooner or later I will get the Scarecrows and Pumpkin men. :-)

      I created a little Graveyard.
      The Crypt and the Raven are resin models from Minimonsters, the Skeleton rising from the grave is 02043 from Reaper.
      The Tombstones and Fence are from the Reaper Bones III Graveyard Set.
      The pathway was made with Milliput and I used the Greenstuffworld Cobblestone Rollerpin on it.

      Skull Lord - Skeletal Champion (77285)

      Hi there.  I've got a boney baddie for you all today.  I was disappointed by the official mini offerings for a Skull Lord (a skeletal warrior with 3 heads), and it seemed like the perfect candidate for a bit of conversion.  A few citadel skulls later and...

       
      For the observant viewer, you'll notice the Skeletal Champion's original head at the bottom of the bone pile.  His skull was a bit too bulky compared to the citadel skulls and the sculpt didn't really leave enough room for three heads so I had to cut away some of the shoulder armor.
       

       
      All said, this was a pretty simple conversion and will make for a fun fight in the future.

      Bombshell's Liberty 2020 as Capitan Mexica

      Bombshell just came out with a resin version of their dieselpunk pinup/supersoldier, Liberty. She's a great dynamic sculpt, zaftig and muscular with it. Now, we all know this is evoking some 'what if Haley Attewell became Captain America' vibes, but I've already painted up our red-white-and-blue hero before, as well as an Agent Carter type and even a Captain Canada. So, I might as well continue down the North American continent. Presenting: Capitan Mexica!

      Alas, the resin gun she came with was fragile and I had to kitbash on a sturdier one. Her shield is taken from an Aztec warrior from this series.
      Not so much Nazi-punching to do, but she has plenty of threats to contend with that would imperil the good folk of Mexico:
