joshuaslater
While I'm wanting a tight game, and cool models for that game, a big, stonkin' CAV would just be a nice model for a shelf in my gaming room.
Sergeant_Crunch
Make a new model, the RoboKing! Twice the size of a normal CAV. Ummm I'm not sure where it would fit in the game though. They are called the "Thunderbird", "Rhino", "Mastodon", "Centurion", "Ogre", and "Emperor."
Reaperbryan
with Bryan being webmaster now, I think he has a little 'bot' running on the forum servers that flags him with every post that says "bryan" in it... time to overload the bot.... I do not. And frankly, knowing how Buglips would abuse it making it ping me at all hours of the night to read hims story because he was lonely in his cage, I'm rather glad. I think I've figured out how to summon Bryan to a non-Beekeeper's thread, just state that the ReaperPeeps are too busy running the company and making cool things to respond. Well done Sarge. Thanks Bryan. Happy dance. That was like the second or third time I've made that statement in the last month and he responded to each. In each case, another forum member messaged me to bring it to my attention. Bear in mind, I usually only surf Reaper general, ReaperCon, and parts of General Discussion. CAV and Warlord, and the Craft, I tend to leave for others. I am more than happy to respond to request for action or comment via PM. Despite my gruff exterior sometimes, I really do like you guys and want to be helpful. It's just that most of the time when you see me (outside of beekeepers), it's because lines were crossed, so I'm already irritable.

Brilliant post Sarge, but tell me you wouldn't be tempted to get a 28mm scale CAV to put on a shelf or use as a lawn ornament.
papabees
I think it would be cool to offer a couple models in 15mm just to test the waters and get some additional support for the kickstarter from the 1/100 community. Maybe a Butcher and Dictator and a Wolverine or Dingo. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

The Bones material, 3-d sculpting, and kickstarter should propel things forward. I'm excited about this.
Aard_Rinn
I want a 28mm CAV for D&D. *STOMP* *STOMP* *STOMP* *FWISH* *STOMP* "My fireball! It does nothing!" *STOMP* *STOMP* *SQUISH*

I'm still upset I wasn't able to get in on the BigTator or the BigDespot. That's why I said it would be cool to have in the KS, just that it wouldn't have any use in the game. I'd rather have something in 1:1 scale... Chrome
I'd rather have something in 1:1 scale... +1 But it must include ammunition and a training video!
joshuaslater
The 1:1 model is the ultimate stretch goal.
Reaper User CAVBOSS Posted May 21, 2014 Reaper User Share Posted May 21, 2014 Sorry for sitting out a bit. Took the week off after ReaperCon to decompress. I promise Im not ignoring you guys but I am slammed right now getting the last minute things ready for this. Since deciding to go full color on the rule book...I have been scrambling to get artwork done (we are looking at around 100 pieces and its nuts getting it all done). The KS will be set up to get all figures done in plastic if it goes that far. Also Im trying to get a big one in there as a stretch goal (so cross fingers!).
Aard_Rinn
Hail CAVBOSS! ... Wait... Full color book? 100 different figures in plastic? Big one as a stretch goal?! ... HAIL CAVBOSS! Edited May 22, 2014 by Aard_Rinn
Last Knight
I think that was 100 pieces of art, Aard. Big figure as a sretch goal sounds cool, though...
Aard_Rinn
100 pieces of art is AOK too! 100 is a good number for many different things, so if there are 100 of any type of thing in this KS, that's fine by me! ...
