My ReaperCon entry

You didn't have to point out that it was a dragon, you did a very good job making it look like a dragon, so no commentary required. :) Congrats on the silver!

Alluring, exotic, & deadly...your BEAUTIFUL brushwork brought out all the aforementioned qualities. VERY WELL DONE!

I think I'm going to have to pick your brain on how to get those wonderful stockings done, I have 3 figures (let's call them ladies of the evening) that will need those and the way you pulled yours off has me in awe.

Thanks all!

ub3r_n3rd, the stockings are not as hard as they look.  The way I do it is: basecoat with the skin color shadow you are using, wash with black (or your chosen stocking color), layer on the skin shadow were the stocking touches the skin, hit the knees with the medium skin color.  Done!

Cash, I didn't talk to you at the con, I would have loved to.  I did see your paint jobs in the competition, that was cool.

      This is Yuki Onna.
One of my first 3D printed models.

      I kept the colourscheme simple.
She's a ghost for my Nippon, Land of the Rising Moon, Project.

She got a base from the Artisan Guild Oni set.
I painted her eyes red, not sure if it's visible.

Presenting Tricia Harker, a member of Monkey Kings gang (she takes Tripitaka's place, I guess they felt it was inappropriate to give a Buddhist monk a machine gun) in the game Twisted by Demented Games.

Couldn't quite work out what to do with her weird boots, but the rest turned out okay.

As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.

Presenting Ironbelly Klegg, a member of the Fortune Hunters faction from the game Deep Wars, and my first ever mini (that I've finished) from Antimatter Games.

I'm still quite bad at painting crystals, lenses etc. so he made a pretty terrible choice for my first mini to paint, but I had fun.

Recently @Kangaroorex sent me a Ki'rinn for my Nippon, Land of the Rising Moon Project along with a Asian Dragon, a Chibi Dragon and some candy.
I already had one of these Ki'Rinn and decided to paint them in two different versions, brother/sister? Evil/Good? You decide.

Anyway, as with the Asian Dragon I wanted to show their unnatural appearance by combining normal paint with metallic highlights.
      So here they are.

      Hope you like them.
