Hi Teskal;

A very useful thread that you put up here...it should be of great help to a lot of people who want to add details to their bases, vignettes and/or dioramas. I have posted a few that I have in my files and that I use (I have over 50 such selections in my file)...Hope this is what you wanted posted.

Hey Paul, unless yours are copyrighted, do you think you could post yours up for general consumption on say an outside source on the cloud. Such as a dropbox link or google documents link? If you need help, let me know and I'd be happy to explain exactly what I mean.

Hi ub3r_n3rd;

I have no idea if these images are copyrighted or not...since most are generic in nature and I do not use them for commercial (money making) purpose...I really do not worry about it and have been doing it for years.

As far as doing an off site posting...you know the problems that I encounter when I try to do things like that...so I am not going to attempt to do that...but thanks for your offer to help.

I just realized if I ever make terrain for Zombicide I could use these.  With my current to do list it will have to until I get reincarnated as something with hands again.

this is the main reason why I'm collecting them.

      This is a storage box/ terrain house I'm building for my kid's High Rollers set (which was found today and played with all without the knowledge it was a gift).
      Will have removable roof maybe with shingles. Currently  just have walls and door. The extra cardboard from the door will disappear.

      Assembled my crew and prepped and primed them.
      Two clopsen troopers, a lizardman recruit, sniper and another recruit/ chisler.

      A gnoll commando, medic and recruit, and a cultist recruit/hacker and trooper.

      Edit: It is a bit funny that My crew isn't using much of the actual Stargrave miniatures other than a few arms and guns, but then this is just the first crew, and I'll need some ruffians and pirates as well.

      I am looking for something to put on Grimtalon's base that will look like desert sand. I have found a few things but I am not sure how well they will work. I don't really want to spend 10$ for Citadel technical paints if at all possible. I thought Army Painter might have some but alas they do not.

      I did find some Vallejo desert sand gel. Has anyone worked with this before? If so, how did it come out?

      Are there other options I have not considered that might work? I'm still fairly new to basing so I want to put a little more effort than "winging it" for this.

      I was considering running a game at Reapercon this year (assuming it happens). Is there interest in Stargrave as a convention event? Are other people planning on running the game at the convention?
