Yay! I saw you played Eberron and thought of the the Battle Golem as an excellent stand in for the warforged in Eberron. I also thought the alchemist would be wonderful for that game as well.

Everything is all boxed up and labeled and set to be delivered to the post office tomorrow (FINALLY!!!! :D). My local post office is open on Saturdays, so instead of doing the self-serve kiosk thingy tonight, I'd feel MUCH better handing it to an actual person tomorrow. 'Tis valuable cargo!!!

It is fine. It will give me a chance to pin him. I bet I can convince the DM to use him as an artificer...

The package is on its way! I paid a couple extra dollars for 2-day priority (it also came with insurance and tracking, so why not!), and the expected delivery date is Monday.

I tried. When I went out to the car earlier it had a flat. This meant changing to the spare and then dealing with the tire shop for an couple hours (and of course I didn't think to bring the package with me). Then when I finally got back home, my wife was late for a commitment she had and I got stuck at home with both kids before I even realized she was leaving. She is still gone and I don't even remember what she was headed off to. It is Saturday, right?
