well. One good picture. The others I took tonight all where a tad out of focus. Not sure if it's the camera or the photographer. (actually pretty sure it's me. under the weather and my eyes were bugging me)

I like what you've done with it, but my focus is on the gems. Here's a little picture I use to help me with my gems.

I've found that the size of the gem in his sword lends itself easily to the five-step process. If you can squeeze in a seven-step gem on there, it would look spectacular.

thing is, they aren't close up. they are from about two-three feet back and then cropped

Great job!  I haven't even opened mine yet!

Nice work on the armor.  The usual highlights advice, etc etc. 

I have a hard time with red.  I picked Michael Proctors brain about it at RCon.  Sometimes a sneaky way to get a highlight is to take the highlight into the orange range and then you can add white to the orange.  I have yet to try it though.  I hate trying to paint red!  So awesome with the red!!!

I know what you mean with red. Carnage red however, I find is super easy to use. Whatever magic anne used to deepen it makes it just a lovely colour to paint with.
