Excellent reports fellow field reporters.  Keep your eyes out for more acquisitions to report on.

 

 

I managed to pick up 2 of the 3 new Star trek attack wing ships last night. Could have gotten all 3 but I am missing 3 of the previous release so i bought one of them.

 

They aren't supposed to be released until June 11th...

 

That said, the store I play Attack Wing Organised Play tourny's at is a little behind so I now have a ship that will overpower the scenario we are supposed to play. It should be interesting.

 

They had several at our game store though I am unfamiliar with the game.  Wish it were closer or I'd check for you.

 

 

 

No worries, My next OP is Saturday and entry fee is 1 ship so I will have caught up to the collection this weekend.

 

Also, One of the 3 I bought is the Borg Tactical Cube which has been shown to have a preorder price of $24.99

 

 

I paid $14.99...

 

 

Resistance was futile.

Welcome, Mr. Hawkins, to the Department.  Your report needs some more details and perhaps pictures and links, but excellent work.  Is that crayon in the corner there?

 

I just got in my most recent order from Reaper. A giant, 3 Chronoscope females, and 2 paint triads. They included a sample bottle of dark green that is a shade darker than the darkest of one of the triads that I got, so I am very happy with it. I also purchased two Ral Partha minis off ebay. A cleric and theif, both female.

 

Oooo!  A dark green eh?  Nice.

 

Which Reaper giant did you get?

 

It is actually Ms Hawkins reporting and here is more detail as requested.

 

The giant is Boerogg Blackrime, Frost Giant Jarl and I got Midnight Blue, Twilight Blue, and Snow Shadow to use as his skin tone. He is going to be my entry in the Fantasy Large Competion at Gateway in September.

 

The three Cronoscope miniatures are Rosie, Sascha, and Sarah. Rosie is for the Beauty Pageant and Sarah is for Be a Spaceship Superstar!

 

The second paint triad is the moss one. Jungle Moss, Highland Moss, and Pale Lichen.

Hmm, I should have some Reaper Bones inbound as I type this. Last minis purchase before that was 4 packs of Essex 15mm Gauls, and before that was a pack of Cops and Villains from Pulp Figures. Cash has been an issue lately, so keeping my purchases small...

 My latest grabs were from a half-price bin at the local comic shop... A Warhammer "Supreme Sorceress on Cold One", and a "Tiger Master" from the Mega Miniatures She Warrior line that's obviously from a pretty old mold since both woman and tiger are noticeably flattened... The woman's pretty much a loss since she's only about half as wide front-to-back as she should be, but the tiger's not too terribly bad, even though it does sort of look like a frog wearing a tiger costume, lol...

My latest purchases have all been internet-based.

 

A 120mm "urban streets" base, and a pack of 5 40mm "cobblestone" bases from Secret Weapon.

A trollkin, and some weapon bits from Privateer Press.

A Scurvy Dog (undead werewolf), VanHelsing, The Fox, and the graveyard vignette base from Reaper.

Boris Barayev (Five Suns Smuggler), Caine (Cyber Troll), Invisible Man, John Bishop (Space Marshal) and a motorcycle, also from Reaper.

 

I have some ideas for some vignettes. One just 'cause, and one for the Spaceship Superstar contest.
