I got a couple of basing things from Scibor. I have plans for my Flower witch......

I keep meaning to order things from them at some point, they have such awesome basing things.

To be fair, they've got some pretty awesome everything.

Sigh, we live and learn I suppose.

If it makes you feel better, you're helping others with the info :) I was really tempted by their first KS (cancelled) as the rules sounded good and I liked the character in some of the minis and concepts.

You also have awesome taste in minis, and experience with some of the best casters in the biz; your opinion carries a lot of weight imo.

Huh, their quality must have gone down. I have a Lot of their stuff, nearly 2 full factions, and they're all very well sculpted and cast.

Yeah, their minis are normally pretty good (I don't own any, but I've seen them in blogs and stuff), that's why I was willing to pledge for Fate and Justice purely on the strength of the concept art.

But this is what I got:-

Justice's crown has become a weird lumpy helmet and her sword is basically a pointy triangle.

And Fate no ornamentation whatsoever, doesn't even have a face.

Don't know if they ran into problems with this one, or too many boutique minis have left my expectations unrealistic, but it was very disappointing.

Now I'm ordering big minis...

It's all ub3r's fault.

AWESOME figures!

I'll gladly take the blame on this, it's part of my job description anyhow  :poke:  ::P:

Those are awesome minis. It is all ubers fault. :-) and DF's

Got back from the hobby shops with some glue, dullcote (Ikr, exciting) for me and a quad copter for the husband (more exciting)

That's alright though seeing as I just ordered 100 worth of big minishttp://cadwallon.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/l/i/lion-bust-02.jpgAnd the lady http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/62002-54mm-challenge-discussion/page-8#

I ordered them from the war store.  I trust Neal and have had great service from him in the past.

Good Grief!

I hadn't realized it had been so long since I've visited this thread. It's become as chatty as the Randomness thread. ::o:

Finally got pictures of these some where where I can show them here...

Ooo! Those stone dice sets do look nice... and I don't happen to own any stone dice yet...

Well since had to repost due to my account crash...

Here are my 20 minis.

Minus the BONES II, I didn't take Pics of yet.

I envy you your undead War Mammoth.

I took advantage of the good exchange rate with the pound (hasn't changed much this past week) and a sale+ free shipping to really buy too much from Warmill.uk.Mini MansionFood DistrictFood Booth 9000 (Dolphin Shack)Orb 2.0 (Body Chop Swap Shop)Helix StaircasesLiftsBlock Legs2x demi blocksimages behind spoiler

Wow! Those buildings look very cool!

I'm completely unfamiliar with this company. Are all the buildings pictured in 28-32mm scale?

And how did you find them to assemble?

A few months ago I purchased several of 4Grounds Old West buildings, and I quite enjoyed putting those together. They're lasercut and prepainted which is a plus in my book cause they're perfectly usable once assemble and if I ever feel the need I can weatherize or customize them as needed down the road.

My only other recent acquisition has been the Reapercon Swagbag I ordered online.

I also just received a box from Olde World minis as a thank you for my support and apology for their lateness in replying to my queries. (Almost a year)

They're a small startup company that ran a small kickstarter a few years ago with some great minis but due to website issues and real life jobs they've only recently managed to focus back on their company with some new minis and an upcoming rulebook.

They said they were sending a mini as thanks, but this is what I received.

The parts in the baggy will be this guy once assembled... Which without instructions could take me a while. :;):

I like them as the sculpts and casting of their resin miniatures is quite well done. They even have a company mascot named Luci, who's a horned and winged demoness with a tail and a little dog sidekick.

Ya, they're 32mm but I suspect the newer stuff I showed off, mansion and such, is more 35mm since it was designed with infinity in mind.

I haven't assembled them yet. Probably won't for 6-8 more weeks at the earliest as I'm about 3-4 weeks until my house is finished. Not going to make a mess right before I move.

4ground makes good stuff. I want to get a bunch of their Asian and fantasy line.
