While the total was over $40, I didn't get a message in the confirmation saying "Happy 25th Anniversary! Your order has received 1x 25th Anniversary Grim Reaper." like I did with my first order this month. So we'll see if I get a second Grim Reaper, an early Domur, or nothing. And I'm already building up a new shopping cart just to be on the safe side about getting Domur, and it's starting out with a giant that a certain goblin just mentioned recently. Lunkh looks so darned huggable! That big nose is just begging to be made all red and flushed looking.

 

This order arrived just now, and it came with a free sample paint! That's my second free sample ever! The first one was a gray, this one is a dusky skintone. However, it didn't come with an anniversary figure despite being over $40. Don't rightly know if I actually care enough to bother people about it though...

I am doing retail therapy today due to the negative acquisition of one gray half Maine Coon named Bruce. He unfortunately was so sick the vet only gave him a 25% chance even if we took drastic measures . He was literally half the cat he used to be. He only weighted 10.7 lbs today, he used to be 22lbs.

Bought this off eBay (this pic is from Google and not me) for the nostalgia. The kids are excited. We need rubberbands though.

Last year I was walking into a Goodwill Store when a guy was walking out with that...

 

I briefly considered mugging him in the parking lot.

I also ordered a Pirate version of it, but haven't posted about it yet, because it isn't due to arrive until next week.

 

I didn't even know others existed until searching for the castle set recently.

I bought a copy at the thrift store for a dollar and cannibalize the game for terrain pieces. Muahhaha

Oh, I know. I wasn't going to send one because I wasn't that worried about the free fig, but buglips made the convincing argument in Randomness that I should send it anyways because the system failed to process the order as qualifying. Apparently he had one do it as well a couple days ago because it didn't process him as qualifying for Domur. So in my email I made it known that I wasn't worried about the fig, but was just trying to inform them of a potential bug.

Picture of the box I got

We were visiting the cousins over the holidays and I spotted this box on the remaindered table at a game store.

 

Normally I don't like blind bag mystery packs, but these were from a show I really like and the sale price was super low.

There were nine packs left in it, and I figured I'd ask if I could have the box if I bought them all.

(My kids moaned "Mom, don't be That Guy!" (They thought I meant to stash it unopened as a collectible investment, the little sillies.))

The store said yes.

When I got the box home I opened the figures, one per day. There were nine packs in the box and eight different figures, and I got seven of them (with two duplicates).  So that's cool.

It was a little eerie for a while, because each time I opened one I thought, "Well, I'd be happy with anything but I would really like a ..." and then I would open it and it would be a ...
 
The cast is lined up near my minis right now, and the box is intended as a little decorative cheer in my studio.

Just got a Kickstarter reward for the Hocus Pocus 40th anniversary playing cards. Two decks normal cards, one stripped deck, one invisible deck and some weird gaff cards. I don't know why I went in on the unusual magic decks really - I have bad impulse control sometimes.
