I would love to see pictures taken closer up :)

This looks wonderful! So much better then what I could construct.

Totally agree with LP on this, getting some closer shots of what's going on inside the garden would be pretty cool.

Thank you all for your wonderful comments...your feedback is always appreciated and really looked forward to!...I tried to make this piece as compact as possible and yet fill it with small components (but still not make it look too busy & cluttered)...I think I pushed it to the very limits/borders of this aspect but (in my opinion) still did not get the clutter.

Leopardpixie and ub3r...did you check out the last (link) posting in/on the (WIP) thread of this project...I posted some closeup shots of the booth and art gallery there! I also posted closeup shots of the varied smaller components in that same (WIP) thread...Will those do?

I was thinking in its finished form seeing how everything was put together (after you added the other adult-themed elements).

That is yet another BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED & HIGHLY IMAGINATIVE creation, rich in details that will reveal a new aspect with each viewing. Your floral displays are inspiring. WONDERFULLY WELL DONE!

Thank you malefactus for your delightful comments. I really appreciate them (coming from the only other member that I am aware of who works on/is working on such larger size fantasy world projects).

I hope that you don't mind...I took the liberty of adding you to my friends list.

I am currently working on a tiny piece for my Ren Fair project titled " the swing "...I should have it posted sometime this weekend...please let me know what you think of it.

I will try to take a few closeup photos of the finished project...I face the same problems with these as I did with the closeup photo request for my waterfall (do you remember)...But I will try to do my best.

I don't recall the waterfall problem off the top of my head, I have a lot of conversations and see a lot of stuff on this site and other places, but if you need help with anything that I can do please let me know.

Thanks ub3r...it is nothing that I need help with...it is that with the small camera that I use to take my miniature photos with allows me to get only within 12" to 14"...When I posted my waterfall project, there were a couple of members that wanted closeup shots of the waterfall (which I tried to take...but all were out of focus)...it is that same situation with this Ren Fair piece...I can only get so close and any closer...all are out of focus...As I stated above, I will try...but give no guarantee.

Is there any way you can take pics as normal and just crop down or does that make it too fuzzy?

      SO....

Due to Brain Weasels and other Real Life Issues, I haven't been doing much, really almost no, fantasy painting...
One of the things I have been doing is looking at old WIPs, and suddenly the desire to paint a DRAGON, came over me....

So here is the start of my new work on Cinder, #10014, in METAL...

Hopefully, I can keep up the sudden burst of enthusiasm....

So planning on mold line hunting, and trying to decide what color to paint this dragon...
As I am old school, the webbing between the back spines is leading me to green, but need to check the books to see which way to go....

About time you returned from the place I couldn't reach you minion......

      OMG, please not again....

any and all comments gratefully ignored....

Here is the big boss of the Bones I Orc Warband.  With all of these Orcs they are shadowed with a purple color.  I added some green freckles/sun spots for a little interest.

For his shield trophies, I included some skin tones and hair colors that could represent elf, dwarf, human, goblin and undead.  The wood planks and boards on the shield are freehand.  Kavorgh got a little extra love with the bloodstain on the axe.

      And the group shot.  Enjoy.

Here is another of the Orc Warband from Bones I.  He had a very bent sword, so I swapped it with one from the Bones III weapon sprue.
