@MM - If you add a gold pass to your cart, and then go to your cart, you can actually delete things separately from the pass. Adding the pass just dumps all of the individual items into the cart, which you can remove one by one as desired (also reducing the price). I hope that makes sense! ::):

Do not do this.  I almost learned the hard way.  Now if you delete the Gold Pass -$13 line too Bryan may not have issues. When I deleted the lunches and had not noticed the -$13 before i finished the transaction he stated they would be refunding any orders that were done that way so I ran in and purchased the meals I took out.  Shew.

I wasn't going to mention you by name, but yeah, I read that part.

I'd still be wary of monkeying with the Gold Pass in any way, shape, or form after that though.

Weird...I was able to remove the lunches from mine, and it reduced the price accordingly; my invoice had the right total... I hope I didn't mess something up. :(

Huzzah!

Umm... you may want to email [email protected] or PM Bryan.

Yeah, I'll do that instead; probably best to just have them refund it and I do it right from the top. :)

There will be no sullying of the BBQ. Though to be honest I appreciate many forms of BBQ.

Truth. If you are friends with me on FB, you are well aware that while I love some Texas-style brisket, I am by no means a one-note BBQ cook. Sausage, chicken, kielbasa, pork butt, oysters, ribs (beef, pork, and buffalo), turkey... and more.

Also, this should be required watching for everyone that likes any sort of BBQ:

The BBQ Song.

If we weren't friends before, I definitely want to fix that now.

When exactly did you say I should come over for 'Q?

As long as you removed the gold pass discount, you may be fine. But it depends on how Bryan coded the site. Since he added new code to the site he made last year, I think the gold pass discount is likely to be what marks you as having a gold pass in the system as they seems like the easier way to reuse last years code. (And thus, as long as you remove the golden pass discount, the rest of the stuff acts as if you had added it from the currently non-functional a la cart options.) Given that I'm guess based on how the interface looks, an email to Bryan to double check things would be wise.

You just missed ribs this past Sunday. ::):

Also, we've got a chalkboard in the shape of a pig hanging in our kitchen. Written across the top is "FREE BBQ TOMORROW". Funny, it always says this... :;):

Honestly, if I lived about 3 hours closer to Reaper, I'd seriously consider trying to bring some BBQ. I brought kielbasa one year, and that worked ok, but brisket or pulled pork give me pause. The logistical difficulties in transporting a quality product that far (while maintaining an appropriate temp) are far more complicated than bringing cheesecake.

It's unfortunate, because if there is one thing that I do better than make cheesecake, it's make BBQ.

Vince, it looks like it is time to invest in a Cambro.

I took off the gold discounts and

everything else. Only kept the banquets. The price was accurate though and everything looks to be in working order. O_O I hope I haven't angered Bryanzilla.

>_<

Edit:

I do NOT have any surplus reaper bucks that come with the Gold pass. I'm at 600. 400 for four tickets to the banquets (two each night) and 200 for admission Tickets for two.

Ok, I'm confused regarding these BBQ types but know better than to keep this divergent topic going here - check out my question in the off topic thread.

Wise. BBQ is not officially a beekeepers topic, but it probably should be.

Maybe we can watch them all throw down at the meat & greet.

I see what you did there.
