The dragon is finally done, and he's 100% focused on the Kickstarter work now.  Some pledges have already been sent out. 

 

I originally assumed October for delivery, and it looks like he might make it.  I'm really looking forward to receiving these as the newly tweaked models look great.

I had all but given up on this one. This was in fact one of my first Kick-starters I backed. It took Bones 2 to make me open my wallet again. But I am excited for this. Got the Azeroth and sme other stuff but also included the 'Scientific Civiliians" set from them as well. Think I am more excited for that then the other stuff

I have not really doubted this one at all, though I did have concern about how long it would take him to get the dragon done.  It had been five years that he was working on the dragon so I was worried it would prove insurmountable somehow.  But he was making a lot of progress and reporting on it in detail on his Facebook page as he worked, even while he was still trying to finish the dragon, so I figured sooner or later he would get this done.  I think he said he has already sent out to 70 backers (I assume to people who only ordered one or more of the stuff that are finished), so I'm hoping he can get this all done and shipped by the end of October or so.

Before this KS, I didn't know much about Heresy and Andy Foster. Before going in a bit higher than I had expected, I read up a bit on him ... and then pledged with the absolute conviction that - while it might take a while for my miniatures to arrive - they KS would be fulfilled and the miniatures would be of very high quality. While some things take a bit longer than he expected (I was pretty sure they would take longer and that he - some time or the other - would have to put everything on the shelves to get the dragons finished .... I also like how he tries to get the new versions just right), I'm very sure the end result will be worth it. And just seeing him create new miniatures is great.

If you are still waiting on this one like I am, Andy just announced on Twitter that he had to let his helper go.  Looks like it will be a while longer before this one is complete.

I saw that too, he's struggling with very long days trying to play catch-up and lack of new sales to be able to have that helper.

Thanks for posting. I didn't back the KS but jumped in at a later date with a fairly large post-pledge order. Really hope it works out for Andy, the minis he's producing are spectacular (that big, female, Jabba the Hut slug-thing he's sculpted is sooo cool).
