Wow, very. Nice job done on this one! I've seen a little bit of the WIP and am looking forward to seeing the rest of the Shadowrun ones you've been working on!

Thanks! I hope to get the rest of the finished ones up soon.

Meanwhile, comments on this one and its companion piece, Reaper's Caine, Cyber-Troll, would be welcomed, if anyone has anything to say.

I think that, especially on older models, you could benefit from some dark lining to help crisp up the edges. Your work with colour is great, and lighting even more so, but there's a few just plain miniature painting tricks that might... just... I'm not even sure how to say it. There are particular places on this mini where tighter control and specific techniques would help showcase what you already do so well. It just depends whether you want to do that extra bit of fiddling.

For example, the rope-braid to his left arm has some bleed-over of the yellow. A swipe of Army Painter Ink, Strong Tone, would instantly fix that. Around his jawline and under his chin could also use a dab (a cooler almost-black with translucent edges to push the viewer's eye away from the slightly clumsy sculpt).

That said, your work is great, and I love watching it unfold!

Oh it was well enough cast, hardly any mold lines.

I just think the concept wasn't particularly well thought-out, between the poorly balanced figure, the plethora of detail pointed basically at the table where players can't see it, and that triply dratted top-heavy axe (I think it fell off four times and it took me a week to glue it on permanently).

I really wouldn't recommend this figure unless one has a soft spot for campy old Shadowrun / heavy metal stuff.
