I think these were developed for the abandoned AICOM game (not sure if I am correctly recollecting the acronym), which was planned as a 28mm RAGE type game based in the CAV universe.  The figures now used for NOVA corps were originally designed for AICOM as well.  At a guess I'd say that whether or not we see more 28mm CAV universe figures would depend on the success of the CAV revival (and in particular whether or not there is interest in reviving the AICOM concept).

What faction were the NOVA Corp?  Currently I plan on making them Rach.

The CAV universe is kind of similar to the WH40k universe in that it is basically Reaper's generic fantasy universe (or elements thereof) transposed into space.  For example, if you search for "Malvernis" in the store you'll get not just CAV products but also DHL figures.

I always assumed the Rach originated from the fantasy human kingdom of Racheau.  Alternatively, there was a Reaper kingdom known as Racheau.  Adon were the space elves, I believe Ritterlich were an equivalent to another group of fantasy humans, and remain as such in CAV (perhaps similar to the old Star Trek OTS aliens-that-look-exactly-like-humans bit??).  The fantasy Malvernis was I think human, but a generic evil empire with Inquisitors, "The Black Legionaries", and whatnot, becoming morphed into big lumpy aliens in CAV.
