Hm... very excited about this turn of events! I'll probably pick up one of each. First to go? Scifi, I think, and then chaos - I just don't need them...

I was in for four but dropped to one. None of the current available or next upcoming ones are ones I was hoping for. I was hoping chaos wasteland or urban might have shown up. I did want some of the planking ones to use for my Deep Wars fortune hunters for a sunken ship look but I only need a handful of them.

There was someone who wasn't planning on using their 40mm plank bases I think.. its a shame we probably won't see any larger than 50mm bases, but apparently they get one set per mold

That would be me. I have to get 36 in order to get enough 30s and 50s. I only need about 6.

I'm more interested in painting the bases and using them as objective markers than for actual bases, so drop me a line.

 

Anyway, the Chaos bases tutorial has been posted! The paints may seem familiar...! Reaper has a black wash?? :D

Coming in late... I'm in the same boat as a lot of you with this KS. There's only one set (so far) that I'm really interested in, Mystic. I pledged for four sets mostly in the hopes that they will add more usable fantasy sets. I've been pushing them pretty hard to answer some of the common concerns people have about the MAS bases. Surprisingly enough they addressed a lot of these concerns. 

 

After a number of people complained about no 25mm bases Jen did an excellent update showing that the inserts fit on top of a standard 25mm round.

They changed the way they were conducting the polls a bit after people requested it. I'd still prefer separate modern and fantasy polls but it's progress.

Jen is supposed to show how to base normal minis on the uneven bases later today to show how that's done. 

 

CMoN doesn't have the best reputation but they sure are trying to be flexible and address some concerns. I'm still not sure I'll stay in at the "All the Bases" level with Happy Seppuku and Basius running right now but I'm in love with the Mystic set. Decisions decisions.

Eh, desert is OK, but ultimately uninteresting to me. I could make the same with some sand and a little clay... But jungle... Mmmm.

I think out of these I'd go with the skulls first then the old factory. The jungle looks nice but I think any mini other than some type of fairy would look goofy set up on them without some major modifying.
