Glad to see they are being responsive about the shipping.  I've rarely had an auto-calculator be accurate when it comes to shipping prices.

That may be a good thing. I locked in for 5 sets but this shipping fee fiasco is worth waiting out. Let's hope they get it ironed out.

I ordered 16 sets and shipping to Miami was 9 dollars and change,which seemed within the bounds of reason if maybe a little high. But the cost for smaller orders seems to have been calculated too high. Hopefully it was a mistake in the calculator that will be corrected quickly.

I suspect what they may do is just refund all the monies and reset all the pledge managers and make you do it all over again.  Seams like that would be way easier then a one-by-one method with how many backers there are.

Hi folks,

We are going to be locking down the pledge manager as we look into fixing this issue with some shipping costs. Please do not proceed with your shipping payments at this time. We hope this maintenance process will be swift, and we'll post another update when the pledge manager is open again.

If you've already finalised your pledge and paid for your shipping, don't worry. Once the revised system is in place, if your new total turns out to be less than what you already paid, we will refund you the difference.

Hey guys, Mr. Black here, and just piggybacking on what CMON (Casey, you scalawag!) just posted, but yes, our pledge manager guys are busy ciphering through everything to make absolutely sure that everything is sorted out and that when it relaunches it's all polished and good to go. The issue seems to have arisen in the fact they were calculating weights based on our bigbox games (Zombicide and alike), at least that's the information that was presented to us.

 

As it was explained to me the weight tables, final dimensions, and box sizes all had to be reconfigured for each area being shipped to (ie, the world), so it's taken a bit of time.

 

Of course, we'll update you as soon as we get it all sorted, rest assured.
