I was excited about this project. Then I saw the 30mm scale. Lame.

For those concerned, usually a base insert for a 30mm base will sit neatly on top of a beveled 25mm base, although I wouldn't use them as separate bases. I'm on the fence for this one due to both companies having outstanding projects, even though the MAS bases are nice, and I would have a use for them...

Edit: found it. Didn't realize Wolsung was by MAS. Have there been issues? It didn't fund long ago and my brief scan of the updates looks like a project on track.

Indeed. I'm still missing parts from the Relic Knights KS. Minor bits, but still...

One day (the first ones I painted are bringing down the rest of my army), but this KS wouldn't give me enough bases anyway. AND I don't see any 120mm bases yet.

And I'm waiting on both. With Wolsung there are no delays I'm aware of, I just think it poor form to launch before finalising the previous project. Although in this case the outstanding CMON projects are more the concern

Sometimes I think the one thing that is going to stop me from doing future KSes are the trolls, narrow minded individuals, and rude backers who enjoy polluting the comments area.

Though to be fair, Soda Pop took over fulfillment for Relic Knights so CMON is no longer involved.  I notice they didn't even list Relic Knights in their list of "completed projects" on this project's KS page.

So with this set, we're gonna get 48 40mm and 12 50mm bases, assuming that we make upcoming goals & the next stretch is, indeed, another 50mm base, right? So... what are these used for? What's the difference between the sizes, and what uses them? For example, would one of Reaper's Bones Orcs fit on a 40mm?

The decorated bases I have, right now I've got Secret Weapon ones, I use to base Bones minis yes. If I keep my pledge here and get these, I will use them for Bones minis as well =)
