I like the versatility of the dungeon one as I've studied it more and I'd love to find another really versatile one that happens to include some wood floor planks..but I don't need as much wood planking as the Homestead base.

That's where I'm at as well. Don't really need THAT much planking as what is in homestead. So the planking on the pontoon for plaguelands along with the wood door in dungeon can work perfectly for what I'd want, which would open up another spot for a different stamp I could use. Make things interesting in trying to decide that last one.

I'll need to see something more out of the plaguelands than what I've seen thus far to pull that trigger. I'm such an idiot for not realizing I could use the dungeon door for wood flooring!! Since that need is covered I'm just going to choose my second pad to give me the most versatility with stuff I might not normally consider needing. This is going to be fun!

Hmph ... I was sure I wanted the Sanctuary, the Dungeon and the Victoriania pad ... but those teasers of Plaguelands look great ... but there is no way I'll go up to four pads ... will probably have to make a decision that hurts ...

Yeah, I need to see more of the plaguelands before I get all excited. THere are some updates for this morning that I haven't looked at yet however.

*goes to look*

They're just close ups of already revealed bases

I was excited for a moment as well and then quite disappointed. I to want to see unrevealed stuff, not pictures that I have already seen.

Some of these updates would've been ideal if they had been posted right when those pads were unlocked.

I really like the video update. It gives us a better idea of the overall size and usable area on the pad.

Im having trouble picking! is there any recommendations for 2 bases. Fantasy only (no modern or steampunk), wants : floor boards, cobblestones/dungeon floor. Ideally alot of variation.

Thoughts so a far are on 2 base combos:

Imperial & homestead

Sanctuary & homestead

Dungeon & Sanctuary (only has a little floorboard)

I suggest considering Dungeon and Imperial as a combo.  The rough side of Imperial (essentially, Ruined Imperial Highway from Basius 1) has sections that can be used as rocks or other rough terrain.  The flip side can be used as cobblestone (with or without creeping vegetation).  Dungeon has that wooden section along with steps and such.

Another combo is Dungeon and Victoriana.  Victoriana's cobblestones are a little on the regular side, but you also get the rougher section and some "waves" which could also be sand with a little bit of work.

Or just go for 3 or 4.  :;):

Hmmmm.... Imperial eh? I hadn't given it a second look until now really, but it has some interesting things in it.

1) Dungeon - Locked in

2) Sanctuary - Locked in

3) Victoriana - Locked in

4) Steampunk - Locked in (when we hit £42k)

5) Homestead Plaguelands

6) Plaguelands Imperial

This is what I'm thinking now and using the wood from Dungeon door and Plaguelands pontoon for different flooring.

I'd go with Imperial and Dungeon. Homestead had a lot of potential but it has the least variety out of the pads you listed. Maybe they'll make a better wood floor pad in Basius3. Sanctuary is another great pad but I'd pick Dungeon for all the great steps and to have some wood, water, lava, treasure as well as a second stone floor design.
