Agreed.  I think the main advantages that the CMoN/Micro Art bases have over Basius is that you're getting a finished product (aside from painting) and certain unique styles that aren't available as a Basius mold.  I'm planning on picking up a set of Mythic from CMoN and a few Basius molds too.

 

We're certainly spoiled as gamers these days.  Our hobby has come a long way since its inception.  Even in just the past 10 years, how many awesome, innovative products have come along?

I'm in for one ... but I can't decide ... sanctuary, dungeon, Kings of War, Victoriana ... and I have not seen the dwarves, elves or norse ... but six is out of my budget ... (but it is running for 30 days, so that might change).

I've dropped CMoNs as well for this. I pulled back out the Happy Sepuku stuff again last weekend and actually liked what they made (haven't used them much at all outside of some experiments).

 

Right now I'm Victoriana and dungeon but I might go in more. Would like to convince some friends to go in to lower overall costs as these are easily shareable.
