DP9 Heavy Gear

Indeed. :)

Also, since he already answered your questions, yes, it's $50 CAD more for a Core Starter Set. And of course, Pledging doesn't require that you give only just enough. You can pledge as much as you like. Some of the retailers have gone in at the Heavy Gear Universe Pledge Level for $500 CAD to get the Core Starter Set plus another $385 or so for whatever extra Add-Ons they want from the Pledge Calculator.

You need to use a credit card or debit card to get in, though, and the sooner, the faster the Pledge Goals are unlocked.

We're already looking at over $84,000.

And today they announced that Wayland Games will be handling the distribution for the UK and EU countries. So no VAT charges for those countries!

Well, Dave at Gamers on Games did a Live feed today for the new open Beta rules, using a narrative scheme of CEF versus PRDF.

While they were at it, Dave McLeod, the Line Developer for the the new open Beta rules, checked in and started helping out with comments on their feed to let them know what they were missing. You can check it out here.

Edit:

Also, I try not to toot my horn, but folks were asking about basic mechanics for the game, so I took one of the answers Mr. McLeod gave and posted it with some examples for folks who are new to 5th Edition.

On my blog, here:

http://heavygearthunder.blogspot.com/2014/11/heavy-gear-blitz-ks-beta-postures-dice.html

Then, on SwirlPost, I posted in reference to how big these miniatures are:

http://www.swirlpost.com/2014/10/how-big-are-heavy-gear-blitz-miniatures.html

The most recent update includes a 360-degree overview of the MHT-95 that was unlocked earlier.

Looks really good!!

I wish I wasn't broke so I could give you a couple hundred bucks to help out. ::(:

I also wish the HT-68 and HT-72 were going to get the plastic treatment.

All of a sudden, the Heavy Gear Blitz MSP paint set I've been eyeing doesn't seem as crazy anymore.

Colors in this line are pretty nice, if anything pick up the metallics!!

Finally finished completing the line last ReaperCon with my store credit, glad I did!!

Dang!  Even though I really only need the CEF and Caprise stuff (Got plenty of Norther and Southern gears already) this thing is looking more and more attractive.

And another stretch goal just got hit.  Really can't argue about the price per model for the Starter set.  Coming in at about $3 (Canadian) each.

Ouch.  I already blew around $600 on the CAV kickstarter, but these are really sexy as well.  Glad I've been saving up.  I definitely want one of the army sets.

It's a good time for mech lovers everywhere.  :)

I'm really on the fence about this one. I'd love to have the models, but I have to admit to myself that I'd probably never use them after I assemble them all. I've had the original HG rulebooks and some minis for years and have never used them. I just got a couple hundred minis from the Myth KickStarter and I'm never going to finish painting them or play the game much again for the simple reason that I'm going to be consumed by Imperial Assault when it comes out in a few weeks. These KS deals are great, but I just don't have the time to play all of the stuff that's being put out.

Hey everyone. I don't know how many have been keeping up, but we broke $100,000.

I wanted to share the new poster including all the available miniatures with ya'll.

Thanks for your time!

And here they are showing the rest of the Stretch Goals.

The Caprice Mounts are already available, clearly, but if you can't afford the Core Starter Set, you can always just go for a Faction Set for $65. If you want a little CEF, North, South, or Caprice patch for your bag or jacket, it will be a couple dollars more, but this Kickstarter has definitely been great to follow.

We'really in the final week, and I hope to see others join in the Heavy Gear community. Until I pop back in, be safe!

Fine!  I was back and forth on this one from the beginning, but with the last update I finally caved in and pledged the Core Level.  Those sweet looking CEF and Caprice minis just crushed my resistance... ^_^

      About
Welcome to our latest Kickstarter release: Wood Elves
A collection of wood elf miniatures that will continue to grow after the completion of this project. So let us know what else you want to see. We may even squeeze a few more miniatures into this campaign!

Artist (Dan Jack): "This was quite an exciting project to work on.  I have always pictured wood elves to be more feral and slightly darker than modern interpretations. The horns for me, are a way of depicting an elder, in an otherwise young looking race. As the elves become more integrated with the forest, they start to develop horns, which are seen as a nod to their stature with in the force. You will see some of the leaders with horns. This in turn, is a foundation we will be building into the narrative of our game. The death of an elf works in both directions. As they come closer to death and old age, you shall see a more warped by the forest aesthetic. I am looking forward to pushing this further with characters in the expansion of this range, as well as more young'uns."
Please note that the items that are shown in black are a guaranteed addition to box sets. They will be revealed as stretch goals to generate excitement!

      Shipping Date:  APRIL 2020
If you don't want the full box set, you can build your own custom order, by adding up the value of the items you want, and then pledge that amount in the 'build you own pledge' reward. You will get to pick and choose what you want in the pledge manager using your credit.
