Maglok butchers a limited edition, GF9 Dracolich

So! I dropped work on the base for a bit and just said to myself "Get to painting, do the skull!" so I got a lot of flavours of blue out, tried not to overthink, and started painting.

 

THIS IS VERY ROUGH I am aware, I have been using a really big brush, but just to get a feel for how it could look. So... here ya go.

I have been picking out the bones on the model all over the 'miniature'(yeah right, mini, phf!) It doesn't look that good, but I need to know more properly what parts are what, etc. So this is taking a while. I am still working on it! But I don't see the point in showing pictures it looks sort of like a sketch at best. :)

Maglok, she looks great - I'm looking forward to your update on the paint job. I sculpted the freaking thing and still don't have one! if you want any insights let me know. Again, great work!

I am in the middle of moving house. Due to us putting the house for sale I had to pack a lot of painting things, including my current projects :( Unfortunately I cannot progress until we have sold the house. :(
