tarlen
Feeling productive tonight. I started basing 7 minis, including 2 for the exchange, and got non-primer colors onto 6 minis, including all 3 for the exchange. Yay!
Flamehawke
I decided on the mini I'm ordering for my partner at long last. It was a bit of a tussle due to me being indecisive on the matter. Most of the other minis in the batch are ones my mom wants to paint up of various characters of hers. One will be for me though. Just have to time the order as I want a mini from the 12 days promo coming up
fanguad
I don't know what ub3r's method is, but mine is intentionally random. I roll dice to match people up, then check to see if they're compatible. If not, I roll again. Most people are compatible, so I only have to do a little bit of swapping at the end. I do that for myself as well.

ub3r_n3rd
Me too, I placed an order pretty much right away. Just waiting on the stuffs to arrive. I really wish I could paint something this time for them, but it's impossible with what I have on my desk right now and the deadlines to get things done, family coming into town, and RL stuff that goes on daily. I might try after the holidays to paint and send something else out to them though, we'll see.
Flamehawke
I rarely have very much on my plate and as such have the time especially with the extended deadline to get things.
falstius
The twelve days of reaper picture is up on Facebook, so now I know which day I'm placing my Secret Sophie order! (it is towards the beginning). Also, I managed to get one of the minis for my partner from the miniature market black friday sale for 50%, leaving room in the budget for an extra mini.
NomadZeke
Preliminary test for an "extra' present for my recipient = fail...I burned the chocolate in a double boiler...seriously now...that's not supposed to be easy.
SGHawkins09
Prep work has begun on the miniatures that I will be painting and I have decided what unpainted ones to get. Now I just need to make a decision on what day of the 12 Days of Reaper to place the order and decide what extras to include.
Flamehawke
::giggle:: It happens to everyone at times NZ. So don't worry. I'm sure you will perfect the art of boiling chocolate
kay13
Further progress made... picked out my additional bits.... good thing I'm not finished painting yet as I'm still waiting for my basing supplies....
tiniest rhombus
Oh no NZ! That IS difficut to do. I know I've managed it before. :-) Plenty of time to perfect your gift. Can't wait to get started on my exchange mini. Mold lines are the enemy, then I realized I forgot to fill the gaps. So after yet another round of filing, filling, washing. It is finally primed and ready to go.
redambrosia
There, I have an order for my buddy sitting in my shopping cart, awaiting The Day of the 12 Days. That sounds kinda ominous.
