nakos
I would guess a little of material tweaking and a better understanding of how best to photograph bones.
Reaperbryan
He already met Sophie, iirc. My vote is for the Swamp Things or the Pathfinder Villains. Hey Bryan, can I use those locations in my homebrew world? Yes. An observation, though it may have been answered before. All of the minis look good, I mean *really* good. The translucent sheen usually present on Bones isn't as prominent in these pics or several others, making the fine details easier to notice. Has the Bones material changed for Bones II or am I seeing photoshopped pictures (looking at Lady Largespike, it seems probable)? I remember you mentioning that the future CAV Bones will be grayer. As for Sir Forscale' next encounter, an underwater adventure would be nice. I'm using new techniques for taking pics compared to how we used to, and there is a small amount of Photoshop adjustments happening digitally. Nothing is being drawn or erased (like mold lines etc) but we are editing to make what is there easier to see. Since the main goal of the images is to show you what you get, we felt that adjusting the picture to better showcase what you get - since we all know that the models often have crisp details in hand that do not show up in our previous un-adjusted photos - rather than one that did a poor job translating the in-hand experience to on-screen was best. Damenace
We could use the police box to transport him to the future for the sci-fi models? Or underwater and a kraken, that sounds awesome too!
Moderator OneBoot Posted November 24, 2014 Moderator Share Posted November 24, 2014 We already saw Sophie in Update #99: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1513061270/reaper-miniatures-bones-ii-the-return-of-mr-bones/posts/991426 I also think it's time to see the Sci-fi things (I like Damenance's idea of the "police box" transporting him to the future! Brilliant!). I wasn't interested in that Expansion, but I know there are a lot of people that were! Maybe Sir Forscale could meet Sergeant Forscale?! Huzzah! --OneBoot :D

CorallineAlgae
I'm all for seeing either the mounted figures or the mouselings. Anything will be fine, even the scifi figures although like many I didn't go in for them.
Thes Hunter
My husband has been asking me when he will get 'his' expansion pack (pack 3) since September. But.... he's not excited about Bones 2.... Oh no. He at least knows that he can stop asking me until January.
chaosscorpion
Buglips, I consider these updates my homage to your original story. I'm touched. I get to be an inspiration! I've been enjoying the New Adventures of Sir Forscale. A Muse
Von Krieger
I had a Pathfinder cleric who named his (reaper) Large Elemental - RockFacePunch. He only got to summon him once before the campaign crashed. It had been fun getting him to 9th level. I don't think that anyone in my group had seen Space Mutiny - but I did my best to quote it at them anyway. One of my group regulars played a DnD4e Cleric of Kord named Butch Deadlift.
