I would have preferred a columns and tiles add on, honestly. A set of a bunch of square and round pillars with tiles and maybe a few extras.

Also, I am not really sure how they will be able to enforce the add on being Black Friday only.

I only went in for the extra square tiles. I'm not into resin or metal decor. If they add columns in PVC I'll be all over them.

I think they can see which backer added what amount on what day. That's how they'll know. It won't be hard because only a some backers added more to their pledges and it's a one day event. As long as they keep a list of who made a pledge increase for $xx today it should work out.

My issue is, they don't know what I added money for today. I also have weeks to reallocate the funds before deciding.

That may be true but they only have 64 backers at this point. I think they can work it out. They probably should've asked people to PM them their Black Friday add-ons. It may be a problem but I hope not. This could be tricky.

I just increased the 25.50 for the extra tiles. Timing couldn't be worse for the wallet given it ending in the holidays. I also dropped too much coin on the zealot scenery KS so have plenty of dungeon bits incoming "soon" otherwise the crypt one was tempting.

Hoping they'll have a pledge manager open for a month or two after it closes and we can add more tiles then.

Just squeaked in to get an extra 40 tiles. Maybe more than I need, but if these are a Bones-similar material this seems absolutely perfect. I'd love to use Dwarven Forge, but the cost and weight have kept me from buying in so far, so I like this as a low-threshold entry point for basic game terrain. Hope it works out!

I added the tiles deal. I almost added one of the other two, but I just couldn't justify it.

Same here. I already have and/or know where I can get dungeon dressing. It's the tiles that I need and can't get elsewhere.

If the project creators would have let the backers buy multiples of the tiles only set, I would have got at least one more.

But the price of that dungeon dressing!!! Have you priced them in metal on the reaper site? And what if they come in smooth beautiful resin instead....

I have a lot of things crying out for my money, and I have a lot of tiles, but the dungeon dressing is convincing me.

Also the husband has a thing for desert themes.

When I have a second I can post some per piece prices, but I know when I was looking real quick, per piece even now without stretch goals, this is 1/2 to 1/3 the cost per piece than DF 1st and 2nd w/ stretch goals.

So it is a good deal, even with it looking sparse.

Good deals aside, I bought heavily into Dwarven Forge Game Tiles and Caverns, so I've already got the sunk cost of $1,310 staring me in the face. So all the nice mental justifications of 'cheaper' and 'lighter' just don't really help me.

One thing that bothers me is the lack of certainty of specifically 'what' material type add-ons would be...resin?, metal?, PVC?....If you're going to sell me on the cheaper and lighter aspects it better be cheaper and lighter...aka PVC Bones!
