CorallineAlgae
Drat these kickstarters eating into my 12 Days of Reaper budget. I even saved up for this event and will only get to order on one day. At least I can get more giants and a few odds and ends along with that killer barbarian. Them's the breaks. I'd love to send Reaper more business but this has been a crazy autumn/winter for crowd funding. Next year Sophie... next year.
dnddeanthony
Its my first 12 Days of Reaper and I can't seem to make an order. I so badly wanted the Wizard of Hope but when I hit the Buy Now button the page fails to load. I tried on my friends PC and get the same result. So I tried on my office PC and still can't get past the Buy Now button. Also whenever I hit the back button from any page on reapermini.com it says "the webpage has expired" so if anyone has any suggestions for how to work those problems out I would greatly appreciate it. I've tried disableing the firewall and popup blocker. Tried on IE 9, IE10 and Firefox after changing various browser settings and clearing cookies, adding reapermini.com to trusted sites and compatibility view, changed Active X settings, etc. This is the ONLY website I can't navigate or buy from so I sent an email to the Reaper Webmaster but haven't received a reply at this point. I also tried to phone in my order but when I press option 3 for orders it just moves on through the menu with no response. I'm posting this as a last resort before I give up. Does anyone have any tips or tricks? Is it possible to email my order?
redambrosia
So, I know the top banner is supposed to be read as "Dec 6: 1509: Artist Sophie", but it looks like the "Dec 6 1509" part is a date When did we go back in time? *panic* I left all my ren fair clothes at home!
Qwyksilver
You can't buy the Wizard of Hope, or any of the 12 days miniatures. You purchase $35 of normal product, and whatever mini is listed for that day gets added to you order for free. Unfortunately dmddeanthony, the Wizard of Hope was only available yesterday (12/05/2014). You can try dropping an email to [email protected] I saw you had a problem in the past with the store as well. In your email, make sure you include your OS, browser, and what versions you are using so they can try and reproduce the problem. Honestly, I have never had a problem with the online store not working, except for a few times when massive traffic back in the old days caused the server to freak out. Unfortunately now, the store is all too eager to work and take my money. Edited December 6, 2014 by Qwyksilver
dnddeanthony
Thanks Qwyksilver, I know how the 12 Days of Reaper works. Problem is I can't buy anything from reapermini.com. What I would like to know is if anyone has any suggestions for how to resolve the errors or if I can email an order.
Qwyksilver
I do not know of a way to submit an order via email. If you have e-mailed Kit and/or [email protected] with the information I indicated, there isn't much more most of us can do for you from this end. I just tried placing and order, both with my personal account, and as a non-logged anonymous user and both worked without issue. I'm currently using safari, but I also tried using chrome and firefox on my mac and IE 8 on my old XP machine. I have no idea why it isn't working for you. willmontgomery
Also whenever I hit the back button from any page on reapermini.com it says "the webpage has expired" so if anyone has any suggestions for how to work those problems out I would greatly appreciate it. I get this too -- albeit only in the store, and not literally always even there. I use Firefox most commonly. Now I'm afraid that this will sound snarky, but what I do is simply _not_ hit the Back button in the Reaper store. When I want to click through to an item in the store, instead of left-clicking on the link, I right-click on the link to bring up the pop-up menu, and I select "Open Link in New Tab". I look at the item's page in that new tab, and when I'm done, I can close that tab and just return to the previous tab, without ever using the Back button. I could try to learn when the store thinks it's searching (which seems to be when previous pages expire) and when it's not (because sometimes "Back" does work), but I find that simply opening new tabs enables me to avoid studying this question. And I can buy things with no problem -- even from various tabs opened and closed along the way -- everything goes into my one cart, through the magic of browser cookies (I guess). Regarding your other problems... sorry, but I don't have any of the other issues that you describe. We are open from 9:30-5:30 Central Time Zone Monday through Friday. You are looking at a wait until Monday for assistance.
Jessie
Hope there aren't any supply issues, I notice lots of other people eyeing that sweet barbarian on the 15th. I need it! I only have like 20 minis!

Marvin
Bonus paints, on the other hand . . . . Glad I convinced myself to grab the Wizard of Hope instead of just waiting until the barbarian. Which I indeed and eyeing.

Regarding your other problems... sorry, but I don't have any of the other issues that you describe. If you have used the search function, sometimes (most times) the back button takes you to the "search page entry form". Once you get the page can't be displayed error message, just hit the "reload" or "refresh" button (the little green circular arrow on IE) and the page loads just fine.
LittleBluberry
"Merry Christmas! Your order will receive 2012 Convention Mousling, Cap'n Willie Sharp" I've apparently been too on top of things this year since I've already got this year's Sophie and the GenCon barbarian. I need to make at least one more order, I'm not sure what day to plan it for now... Oh well, it's not like I can really complain about free minis!!
