As near as I can tell the problem is only on the itinerary, it is not affecting the availability of the tickets.

 

If I purchase, oh say, two con passes and such at whatever level, and it ends up I have to return one of them because my brother might not be able to come, who do I need to communicate with to arrange this? I don't want to be bothering the wrong people.

We're working on it.  Sorry guys, everything looked good to go and we're trying to isolate why it works when we test it but not for you all.

 

FYI

 

Earlier the site was allowing me to add passes to my cart. Now it is not.

my apologies..   I was just adding a point of data. Bryan had mentioned that availability of tickets is unaffected. Just wanted to let him and his team know (in case they were unaware) there may still be an issue.

 

I saw the post that they are debugging.
