We watched Knives Out. Excellent movie, a very interesting web.

It was fun to see Daniel Craig do a “foghorn leghorn” accent and Chris Evans play a douche bag.

I wanted to see this one in the theater but I didn't want to see it by myself. I should que it up on Amazon Prime.

We watched The Crew last night on Netflix streaming,  it is a French heist movie that was pretty good. We watched it in French with subtitles.

It was all from the criminals perspective which was weird I thought.  If you like heist movies, you will probably like it.

Aren't most heist movies from that perspective?

We watched it the other night and it was quite enjoyable.

We'd planned to see it in the theater but for some reason didn't make it....saw it was on Prime so next movie we watched.

She was SO confident in her power.

She KNEW she was going to be right where she needed to be, right when she needed to be there.

Did you just steal my line?

Watched V for Vendetta tonight. Feels oddly timely for a story written on the early 80s.

Do not forget its surprise sequel.

True, but most have at least some of the runtime from the opposition's point of view.

Reminds me, I don't think Claire has ever seen The Sting.

I hadn't either, until three or four years ago, but seen it three times since.

SOO GOOD!

Everyone playing a high charisma rogue or morally flexible bard should see it.

I think I'll set up a night where we can watch it at the same time in our separate places.

Is it weird that now I wish Grumpy and I had watched it for our anniversary? It is very much an Us movie. ::P:

I recommend Maverick as well.

If you are in the mood for scoundrels, that is.

Supposedly Hill read the script for The Sting, and immediately started practicing his Oscar acceptance speech. ::P:

Just watched it myself, and honestly it's quite brilliant. I loved everything about it. The cast is excellent, it's well done, and Ana de Armas is wonderful in it. Saddens me to say this is only the second movie I've ever seen her in (Hands of Stone was the other, which was eh, so-so).
