redambrosia
Just finished Iron Mask, the recent Jackie Chan film. It was pretty fun, even with the slightly off dubbing. The best part was Sephy mimicking Jackie Chan’s martial arts moves. She’s too freakin cute! 5
haberfront
Just finished watching Happy Death Day 2U. I actually like this one. Though I like Happy Death Day better, but it's still a fun watch IMO. as long as you're not looking for highly intelligent horror

Gladiator was fine, but in my opinion it's just really sad. Not just in Maximus's personal story, but also - these people are brutally murdering each other just to amuse people. But The Last Samurai... Dang, I like that movie. A lot less bloody than the former as well. Grump pointed something out to me, I don't know if it makes things better or worse. The gladiatorial battles were also human sacrifices to the gods. .

WhiteWulfe
Just watched Invader Zim: Enter The Florpus on Netflix. Good way to spend an hour and ten minutes I would argue. Some things might not make any sense at all to those who haven't watched the series, but on the other hand... That final fight scene!
NecroMancer
So I just got done watching The Patriot. Is anyone aware that there is mini painting in that movie?

VitM
We watched the original Night of the Living Dead and Ghostbusters this weekend, since it was dark and rainy on Saturday evening and all day Sunday. Perfect weather for movie watching. :)
haberfront
Watched the 2001 adaptation of Hellsing. The Anime. Pretty good. The soundtrack was good, but not the best.
Citrine
Just watched Love and Monsters, we all thought it was awesome. Some great monster paint job ideas in there
aku-chan
Watched Train to Busan - Peninsula last night. Not sure why it gets so much criticism compared to the first one, yes it's not as good and the CGI is super obvious (particularly in the car chase scenes) but as Zombie flicks go it's a fairly decent one.
Dilvish the Deliverer
Awesome Wife and I watched Nobody last night. From the people who did John Wick, the fight scenes were top notch as expected. Story line was similar, retired bad-elf takes up his former ways when random bad thing happens to hi family. There seemed to be more comedy in this one, so I viewed it as a less 'serious' film than the Wick movies, but I greatly enjoyed it all the same. Christopher Lloyd's character was awesome and he stole several scenes. Will watch again. 5

I finally went to an actual theatre and saw Nobody also and was very pleased (considering the alternative option was Mortal Kombat). It was fun mindless violence.

Gamingrx
Anyone already watched Mortal Kombat 2021? What's your take? I say the way Loo Kang wielded his flames.. That's what we expect from an Avatar Live Action Remake.
