I might suggest that posting a show off and note that you have better pictures coming soon. That helps us verify that you did indeed paint them As well as creating a greater list iof pictures people can search for inspiration

I got sort of lucky! Actually had free time tonight. My husband figured out how to take decent pictures. Unfortunately this means the people we played board games with abandoned us early.   They should be up in the next hour or two.

One of my minis is a nude. Does anyone know some good image hosting sites?

Uh...that should be in the show-off posting guidelines I believe

The show-off guidelines just say "Remember, this is a family forum and to keep it such, please think about what you post. If your mini/sketch/picture has nudity please do not post the picture, instead provide a link to the picture and plenty of warning to the viewer." So I need some place to host it. Although I may just skip it since I don't need it for the count.

Considering I probably won't be awake when closing happens, I'll 'officially' close it after I get up...so if pictures are late that's no huge deal. TGP: did you get them posted yet?

Not yet; I just uploaded them to phoyobucket; gonna go start a thread next.

Edit:

Mission accomplished

I use photobucket for all of them. You just want to link to it instead of inserting it in the post

Oh and I am working to updating the spreadsheet I have

Where is all of the official info compiled? I checked the beginning of this thread and the January one, but I can't find where it has all the rules spelled out (minis need to be posted in show-off with specific title, etc.).

EDIT: I guess I mostly mean what to call the show-off threads (besides the usual item number, real name of figure, etc.); I seem to recall a particular tag that needed to be used...?

EDIT EDIT: Also, I skimmed back through this thread and couldn't find where a consensus had been made regarding whether if you don't hit your 4 for the month you're out. Or was that decided against?

Huzzah!

I'm happy this challenge has created so much interest, but it's also created a high volume of members not complying with the forum guidelines. I don't want another month like January. Second sternly worded warning.

Please start new threads for any minis in Show Off per the forum guidelines, taking note of the naming guidelines in particular:

Posting Non-Reaper Figures

When you post in Show off, please use the topic title line for the name of your creation, and use the tags for the manufacturer. That way, you're descriptive and search-friendly at the same time while giving credit where it's due. Use Tags liberally, for manufacturer, name, part number, modifications done, etc. These help our members find your model!

NomadZeke, you created this challenge; it's your responsibility to make sure people can find the correct info easily. Thanks.
